Three arrested for Rioting/assault

A case FIR No. 50, U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the complaint of Deepak R/o # 735 Ph-1 Ram Darbar, Chandigarh who alleged that Ravi @ Anda, Binni, Vashu, Polish, Abha and Varun beaten threatened complainant and pelted stones at his residence on 06.02.2019. Later three persons namely Vishal @ Baaj R/o # 626, Ph-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh (age-27 yrs), Rohit R/o # 664, Ph-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh (age-26 yrs) and Viney @ Chottu R/o # 1029, Ph-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh (age-19 yrs) have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Murder

          A case FIR No. 13, U/S 302 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh on the complaint of Krishan Pal R/o Village-Hilwadi, Distt-Baghpat (UP) who alleged that Arjun @ Baru R/o Village-Hilwadi, Distt-Baghpat (UP) murdered complainant’s daughter namely Deepa at H.No. 109, Gali No. 8/C, Shanti Nagar, MM, Chandigarh on 05.02.2019.  Investigation of the case is in progress.

Burglary

Shashi Kant R/o # 300, Dasmesh Colony, Patiala Road, Zirakpur (PB), reported that unknown person stolen away stolen away 90 pcs Sky Bag, 26 Head Phones, 4 pcs Dummy Bottles, 4 Signature Bar kit and 10 pcs Bar Mat from Plot No. 86, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the night intervening 06/07-02-2019. A case FIR No. 26, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Eve-teasing

A lady alleged that Kirpal Singh Grewal R/o Gate Air force Campus, Mullanpur, Distt. Mohali (PB) followed & threatened complainant near her residence. A case FIR No. 20, U/S 354D, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh.  Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

          A person resident of Colony No. 4, Chandigarh reported that her daughter age about 16 years and her friend (another girl) have been missing/abducted from near her residence since 07.02.2019. A case FIR No. 27, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 25 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Pooja R/o # 675/1, Sector-38,Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Swift car No CH-01BE-6573 hit to complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH-01BS-9116 near # 208, Sector 38, Chandigarh on 05.02.2019. Complainant & her friend Ritika was got injured and got treatment from GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
