          Pankul Bindal R/o # 293, Village-Kishangarh, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH-01AP-6032 while parked near Govt. School, Sector-19, Chandigarh on 30.01.2019. A case FIR No. 15, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          Rakesh Kumar R/o # 376/3, Adarsh Colony, Balongi (PB) reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s M/Cycle No CH-04-9012 parked near SCO No. 39, Sec-26, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh on 31.01.2019. A case FIR No. 24, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Deterred public servant while discharging govt. duty

A case FIR No. 23, U/S 323, 332, 353, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Const. Sandeep Kumar, PCR (Echo-40),  against Charanjit Singh R/o # 158, Saini Vihar, Ph-5, Baltana, Distt. Mohali (PB) and Sukhwinder Singh R/o # 158 Saini Vihar Ph-5 Baltana Distt. Mohali (PB) who misbehaved and quarreled with PCR officials and deterred them while discharging govt. duty near School, Village Raipur Kalan, Chandigarh on 31.01.2019. Alleged persons have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 15, U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh against driver of Truck No PB-65AA-3018namely Keshar Singh R/o Village- Kaddi Majra Distt-Mohali (PB) due to whom negligence one Cyclist namely Om Parkash R/o # 3385Maloya Colony, Chandigarh struck with said truck near light point Sector 25/38, Chandigarh on 31.01.2019. Cyclist got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh where doctor declared him brought dead. Alleged truck driver arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
