Rs. 10000 fine levied on the offenders of playing music loudly

On 03.01.2019, a case was registered U/S 61 PP Act 2007 against Narinder Singh S/o Nayab Singh R/o # 409, Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh age 29 years, while playing music loudly at SCO No. 34-37, top floor, Sector 9D, Chandigarh created noise pollution and causing disturbance to the neighbors.  Today above person was produced in Hon’ble Court of Sh. Abhishek Putela, CJM UT Chandigarh. Hon’ble Court convicted above person with the fine of Rs. 10,000/-.

In a similar case, on 14-01-2019, case was registered under U/S 61 PP Act 2007 against Harpreet Singh S/o Surender Ram R/o # 666B, Sector 44A, BSNL Flats, Chandigarh age 31 years, while playing music loudly at H.No. 1030 Sector 8, Chandigarh during Lohri Festival above permissible limit. .  Today above person was also produced in Hon’ble Court of Sh. Abhishek Putela, CJM UT Chandigarh. Hon’ble Court convicted above person with the fine of Rs. 10,000/-.
