Chandigarh Police solved a Lost & Found Case
On 25.12.18, at about 05:06 PM, a telephone call was received in Police Control Room from complainant Sh. Pal Singh who told that his sister namely Preetpal Kaur, age-18 years, Height-5 feet, fair colour, wearing pink suit and chappal has been missing since ½ hours from her residence. Upon receipt of this massage, control room flashed it immediately on all PCR NET’s and directed all PCR vehicles to start patrolling in the adjoining area to search the said girl. In the mean time at 06:35 PM, Ambulance-13 of PS-17 informed to control room that the said girl has been found near Janj Ghar (Community Center) Sec-23/C, Chandigarh. Thereafter PCR staff of AMB-13 took the girl and dropped her at her residence where her mother namely Smt. Balwinder Kaur met and the girl was handed over to her mother in presence of EO, HC Gulab Singh No. 3109/CP from PP-22, Chandigarh. The performance shown by the staff of PCR vehicle AMB—13 i.e. Const. Neeraj Kumar No. 5131/CP, Vol. Omkar Singh No. 379/HGV is commendable.
