AIBOC & SBIOA extended whole heartly support to the ongoing strike of Haryana Roadways

All India Banks officers Association (AIBOC), an umbrella of banks union,  representing more than 3.20 lacs bank officers across the country and State Bank of India officers Association (SBIOA) , Chandigarh Circle extended whole heartly support to the ongoing strike of Haryana Roadways against its privatisation.

Comrade Deepak Sharma, Joint General Secretary of AIBOC and General Secretary SBIOA, Chandigarh Circle addressing the huge gathering of striking employees promised full support for their ongoing struggle against privatisation. He further stated that with the induction of private players in state transport will lead to privatisation.  He further stated that state transport has played a vital role in the overall development of the state and a cheaper mode of conveyance for the common people.

Speaking on the occasion  Com. Sanjay Sharma , President SBIOA Chandigarh Circle strongly criticise the government for its move of privatisation and demanded rollback of private buses, withdrawal of cases against roadways employees and revocation of their suspension.

The privatisation will undeniable pave the way for gradual shift towards the era of the rise and dominance of private sector.

It systemic lead to job cut, decline in new job opportunities, youth unemployment. Thus we have no other alternate other than to oppose it.
