Demokratic Front, Chandigarh, 23      November   :

The four-day conference, was inaugurated by UT administrator and Punjab governor Banwarilal Purohit, who is also the national vice-president of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. The conference  will focus on discussions and debates around the theme “Navigating Change- Empowering Educational Visionaries for the Future”

Conference is aimed at looking to keep pace with the changes in society and academic front, Bhavan Vidyalaya, is histing the 14th All-India Conference for Principals of Bhavan’s Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools from November 23.

Senior educators, members of the management committee and principals from around 70 schools are  attending the conference.

Day one’s Chief speakers were Senthil Kumaran , Justice Hasnain, Atul Khosla . There was a special group discussion  session too. 

Governor Purohit in his inaugural address emphasized that the success of our nation is intricately woven with the quality of education provided to our young minds. With the changing face of education worldwide, it becomes imperative for educational leaders such as the principals of institutions to converge, share insightful perspectives, and collaboratively contribute to the ongoing advancement of education within the Bhavan fraternity and beyond.

He specifically  mentioned the distinguished presence of visionary leaders such as  Jagdish Lakhani, Joint Executive Secretary and Registrar, Executive Committee, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, the accomplished  Shreehari G. Aney, Member, Executive Committee and Trustee, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and the erudite Director, Executive Committee, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan,  Rakesh Saxena in addition to Host  Padmashri President  R K Saboo , Secretary Madhukar Malhotra and Sr Principal cum Director Vineeta Arora.
