In the name of campaign to capture Shamlat land

cases pending in court; Despite having a record of Khevatdar since 1910 including Jamabandi papers, the Mohali administration mobilized  notice to  the land owner of Mullanpur Garibdas and several other villages however matter is subjudice .
Senior Advocate of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Pankaj Bhardwaj and Land Honours , while giving detailed information about the whole matter, said that despite depositing Khevatdar records and paing continuously  revenue cess since 1910 including possessing Jamabandi papers  ,we have been served notice by  defying the orders of the Supreme Court, Additional DC ( D)Mohali . We assume due to  political  pressure, the notice was issued, due to which the sword of losing land older than 1910 is hanging on the head of Khevat Dhar land owner of Mullapur Garibdas.Advocate Pankaj Bhardwaj said that before 1950, under the Act, any farmer  who has any land record of Khevatdar, his land does not come under the purview of Shamlat and there is no question of taking possession from him. In such a situation, Mohali Additional Deputy Commissioner (D)has issued this notice due to political pressure to which  only he can answer it, but if this notice is not withdrawn, then all the farmers suffering will be compelled to sit on Dharna on  the spot along with the legal route. .The are however writing in detail to CM and Concerned Ministry too.
