A case FIR No. 180, U/S 420, 406, 416, 467, 468, 471, 362, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Raj Kumar Gupta R/o # 5608, Sector-56, Chandigarh who reported that he purchased car No. CH-02AA-4365 from Jagdeep Arora R/o # 954/1, Sector 40/A, Chandigarh which was registered in the name of a lady R/o # sector-40, Chandigarh. Later said lady along with Gurjant Singh have taken back the said car on pretext that she is not paying EMI regularly to the bank and they will hand over the possession of the car to bank. When complainant enquired he came to know that they had taken back car fraudulently. Investigation of the case is in progress.
