Chandigarh solved 8 cases of snatching and MV theft by arresting 2

          In another breakthrough Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police headed by ASI Kanwalpal under the supervision of Inspector Harinder Singh Sekhon, Sh. Rajiv Kumar Ambasta, DSP Crime and close guidance of Sh. Manoj Meena, SP Crime got the major success by arresting the two notorious snatchers namely Shane Alam and Ishrar Khan involved in recently gold chain snatching. With their arrest Crime Branch solved total 8 cases. Out of which 6 are of gold chain snatching and 2 are of vehicle theft.

          An information was received the persons who are committing the snatching of gold chain from the different part of Chandigarh will come to the area of Sec.41, Chandigarh for another prey.  On this secret information Naka was laid down near T point Krishna market, Sec.41, Chandigarh and at about 4.30 pm two persons came on motor cycle No. CH01AB-8754 and on seeing the police party they tried to fled away but both were apprehended with the help of police official. They disclosed their name as Sahne Alam and Ishrar Khan. They could not produce any documents of motor cycle and on verification it was found fake number and the motor cycle has been stolen from Sec.41, Chandigarh against which FIR No. 36 dated 1.2.2021 U/S 379   IPC PS-39, Chandigarh has been registered.

Accused Shane Alam had a tainted past and has been previously arrested in more than 49 cases of snatching and theft. Recently he came out from jail after the completion of 7 years sentence.

Accused Shane Ishrar Khan had also a tainted past and has been previously arrested in more than 19 cases of snatching and theft. Recently he came out from jail after the completion of 3 years sentence.

A case FIR No. 100, U/S 188, 269, 270 IPC & 51(A) Disaster Management Act 2005 has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh against Congress supporters, who were assembled for protest near dividing road Sector 21/34 infront of Indian Petrol Pump, Sector 21, Chandigarh on 11.06.2021 and they all disobey the orders of Distt. Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 101, U/S 188, 269, 270 IPC & 51(A) Disaster Management Act 2005 has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh against Congress supporters, who were assembled for protest near new labour chowk, towards Sector 34, Chandigarh on 11.06.2021 and they all disobey the orders of Distt. Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against illicit liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Kuldeep singh R/o # 205, Ward No. 11, Morinda, PB, and recovered 15 boxes of liquor marka UK No. 1, which were loaded in Innova car No. PB11CB-9669 from his possession near dividing road Sector 39/40 light point, Chandigarh on 11.06.2021 and. A case FIR No. 149, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later, he bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Gaurav R/o # 418/18, Krishna Nagar, Distt. Jalndhar, near Sector 40 C& D turn, Chandigarh, and recovered 15 boxes of liquor marka UK No. 1, which were loaded in Honda City car No. PB08AY-0507 from his possession on 11.06.2021. A case FIR No. 150, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later, he bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Pankaj Singh resident of Mohali (PB), near Market, Sector 40 C, Chandigarh, and recovered 2 boxes of liquor marka empire No. 1 sofi special from his possession on 11.06.2021. A case FIR No. 151, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later, he bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against Gambling

  Chandigarh Police arrested Sukhwinder Singh, Manoj Kumar, Rinku and Govind all resident of Chandigarh, while they were gambling near School, Maloya, Chandigarh on 11.06.2021. Total cash Rs. 6620/- was recovered from their possession. A case FIR No. 77, U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Later they were released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          A lady resident of Sector 56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away one gold chain, 2 gold bangles, one pair gold ear rings, one gold rind and cash Rs. 15000/- from complainant’s residence on 13.05.2021. A case FIR No. 152, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Raju Sharma R/o # 1, Sector -12/A, Panchkula, HR, reported that unknown person stole away one gas chulla, 1 LED TV (40 inch) and 15 liter mustered oil from said house during 10-15 days. A case FIR No. 79, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Quarrel

A case FIR No. 65, U/S 323, 341, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh on the complaint of Deepak Kumar R/o # 96/2, Village Dhanas, Chandigarh(Ice cream vendor) against Amarjeet @ Goga R/o # 130, village Dhanas, Chandigarh, who beaten/threatened to complainant near Khwaja peer, Dhanas on 10.06.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 87, U/S 419, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Shamsher Singh R/o Village Ram Nagar, near Police Post Kaithal, HR, (working in Haryanan roadways) who reported that while he was on duty at ISBT, Sector 17, Chandigarh on 24.0.2021, unknown person cheated Rs. 33597/- for purchase of car on  facebook.  Investigation of the case is in progress.    

विपक्ष का काम मुद्दे उठाना, सरकार का काम समाधान करना – विज

बढ़ती पेट्रोल-डीज़ल की कीमतों और महंगाई के मुद्दे पर आज हरियाणा में कांग्रेस अध्यक्षा कुमारी शैलजा के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस ने सरकार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और सरकार पर निशाना साधा। कांग्रेस के इस विरोध प्रदर्शन पर हरियाणा के गृह एंव स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अनिल विज ने प्रतिक्रिया दी। विज ने कहा कि यह विपक्ष का काम है कि वो मुद्दे उठाए और सरकार का काम उसका समाधान करना। विज ने कहा कि पीएम के नेतृत्व में कोरोना से पैदा हुई समस्याओं से निजात दिलाने के लिए सरकारें काम कर रही हैं और लाखों करोड़ो के पैकेज भी दिए। वहीं अब परिस्थिति को नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

इस बार 6 साल के बच्चों से शुरू होगा सीरो सर्वे

हरियाणा में एक बार फिर स्वास्थ्य विभाग सिरो सर्वे करवाने जा रहा है। हरियाणा में 15 तारीख से यह सिरो सर्वे शुरू किया जाएगा। जानकारी देते हुए स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बताया कि इस बार सिरो सर्वे 6वर्ष से ऊपर की आयु के बच्चों से शुरू किया जाएगा। विज ने बताया कि इस सर्वे से लोगों में एंटीबॉडी की जानकारी मिलती है। इसके साथ साथ आने वाले दिनों में कोरोना की जिस तीसरी लहर की आशंकाएं जताई जा रही हैं अगर वो लहर आई तो उससे बचाव के बंदोबस्त भी किये जा सकेंगे।
