Six persons arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh
Six different cases U/S 188 IPC has been registered in different Police Stations i.e. PS-26=02, PS-Manimajra=02, PS-Mouli jagran=01 and PS-17=01, Chandigarh against 06 persons, who were arrested from the different parts of the city, while roaming without having pass/permit and thus, they were disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 04.05.2021. Later, they were bailed out.
One arrested for possessing illicit liquor
Chandigarh Police arrested Chandan Rajpal R/o # GH-19 flat No. 5A, Sector-20, Pkl, (HR) (age 29 years) and recovered 36 bottles of Royal Challenge English Wine and 12 bottles of Imperial Blue from his Honda Civic car No. CH03-Y-2501 near Community Center, Sector-23 Chandigarh on 04.05.2021. A case FIR No. 70, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
