‘Purnoor’ Korel, CHANDIGARH – 04.04.2021

Theft

         Akshay R/o # 443, Sector-45, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away two mangal sutra, one gold ring, one pair gold ring, and cash Rs. 20,000/-from his residence after breaking the lock on 03.04.2021. A case FIR No. 56, U/S 380, 454 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

         Amar Nath R/o # 745, Sector-56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Jupiter scooter no. CH-01BS-5388, while parked near Woolen market, Sector 38, Chandigarh on 02.04.2021. A case FIR No. 93, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

         A person resident of Chandigarh reported that Sonu @ Yash resident not known, who abducted complainant’s daughter aged about 16 years from Sector-45, Chandigarh in October, 2020. A case FIR No. 57, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rioting

Pardeep R/o # 4950/2, Sector-38, Chandigarh reported that Rashid, Munna, Ashwani, Ravi and Sachin, were assaulted to complainant with punches, kicks and sharp weapon near Sector52/61 light points on 31.03.2021. Complainant got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 65, U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
