          Chandigarh Police arrested Kailash R/o # 1665/C, Small flats, Dhanas, Chandigarh (age 19 years) for possessing one Kamanidar Knife near Community Center, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh on 13.01.2021. A case FIR No. 03, U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

A case FIR No. 04, U/S 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh on the complaint Rahul Kumar R/o # 442, PWT, Manimajra, Chandigarh who alleged that Basant Kumar, Rohit Kumar, Sonu, Chunnu Kumar all resident of NIC, Manimajra, Chandigarh and one unknown person they all assaulted & threatened complainant near # 206, NIC, Manimajra, on 07.01.2021. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Balwinder Singh R/o # 195, Village Kansal, Mohali (PB) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Splendor Motorcycle No. PB-65H-0897 from Sector-19/27 dividing road near Mandir, Sector 19, Chandigarh on 09.01.2021. A case FIR No. 05, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chitsharan R/o # 133, Village, Maulijagran, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Yamaha R-15 motorcycle No. CH-01CB-8728 from near his residence on 07.01.2021. A case FIR No. 05, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
