Fazilka, (PB) who was arrested while roaming without pass permission during lockdown hours in his car No. PB22K-6583 near Wine Shop, SCO No. 5, Sector-7, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 10.07.2020. A case FIR No. 126, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Balbir Pal Dandyan R/o # 179, Sector-6, Panchkula, (HR) who alleged that Asha Dandyan and Sapna Dandyan obtained a passport by submitting fake/forged date of birth certificate. The passport had been obtained on the basis of forged & false DOB, parentage and address. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 127, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sarad Chander R/o # 1142/1, Sector-46B, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Bullet M/Cycle No PB10-GH-7907 namely Lavish Kalra R/o # 1353, Progressive Society, Sector-50, Chandigarh had hit to complainant (pedestrian) at dividing road, Sector 45/46, Chandigarh on 15-02-2020. Complainant had got injuries and was admitted in Civil Hospital, Sector 45, Chandigarh and later referred to GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Later, Complainant got treatment from Fortis Hospital, Mohali (PB).
