Area, Chandigarh for disobeying the orders of DM by opening the said club beyond the permissible time limit on 07.03.2020. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 41, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh against Karan, Manager of Play Boy Club, 3^rd floor, City Emporium, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh for disobeying the orders of DM by opening the said club beyond the permissible time limit on 07.03.2020. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against obstructing public way

A case FIR No. 44, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Rupesh R/o # 2192/7-A, Pipli Wala Town, Mani Majra, Chandigarh who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with rehri/fari at main road Subhash Nagar, MM, Chandigarh on 07.03.2020. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested in Theft case

Hemant Kumar, Auto Pace Network Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. 112/113, Ph-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh alleged that mechanic namely Mohan Chander R/o # 1201, Ph-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh has stolen new spare parts which were issued from store of service center for the service vehicles came at said plot. A case FIR No. 42, U/S 380, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Alleged person has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Kapil Chawla R/o # 2704, Sector-22/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Complainant’s Honda City car No. CH-01AN-8240 parked near his house on 05-03-2020. A case FIR No. 37, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Nirmal Singhal R/o # 1148, top floor, Sector-21/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Complainant’s car No. CH-04F-3583 parked near his residence on 21-02-2020. A case FIR No. 20, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 20, U/S 279, 337, 338 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ashish Thakur R/o # 3303, Sector-47/D, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No. CH-01AX-2478 namely Bhupinder Pal Gupta had hit to complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH-01BS-2873 near light point, Sector-46/47/48/49, Chandigarh on 06.02.2020. Complainant was got injured and was admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 21, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Akshu R/o # 2013/30, Sector-32/C, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of PRTC Bus No. PB-02TR-7395 hit to complainant’s Polo car No. CH-01AU-0369 near Sec-46/47/48/49 light point on 07-03-2020. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Bus driver namely Balkaran Singh R/o # Village Ubba, Distt. Mansa (PB) arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          Sh. Joginder Bansal R/o # 2801, Sector-38/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away 3 LPG gas cylinders from backyard of his house on night intervening 06/07-03-2020. A case FIR No. 84, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 83, U/S 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Naresh Kumar R/o # 3468, Sector-37/D, Chandigarh who reported that unknown person cheated Rs. 24,898/- by sending paytm QR code on whatsapp for purchasing furniture from complainant which was advertised by complainant on OLX. Investigation of the case is in progress.
