Arpit Srivastava R/o # 4, Kaimbwala, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away one hand bag containing one necklace, two ring, four pair ear rings, one mangalsutra, cash approx. Rs 15000 and one small purse from his house after breaking main door locks on 30-05-2019. A case FIR No. 157, U/S 380, 454 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

Maninder Singh Randhawa R/o # 611, Sector-16D, Chandigarh alleged that Manu Bajwa R/o # 611, Sector-16D, Chandigarh prepared forged receipt of 10 lakh and further deposit with Rent Controller, Chandigarh to grab the 25% share of complainant’s house. A case FIR No. 146, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Area, Chandigarh and beaten/threatened complainant to vacate the said tenanted premises.

Ram Milan R/o # 1503, Ph-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Splendor M/CyclePB-65G-4952 from near his residence on the night intervening 27/28-05-2019. A case FIR No. 159, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sandeep Kumar R/o # 2400, Sector-52D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s M/Zen car No. HR-49E-7585 parked near his house on 26-05-2019. A case FIR No. 111, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Causing grievous hurt by negligence conduct

A case FIR No. 121, U/S 285, 338 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Pintu R/o # 1449, Burail, Chandigarh against Veer Singh R/o # 1449, Village Burail, Chandigarh due to whom negligence complainant’s nephew namely Mohit Kumar age 5 years fallen in oil pan near his room on 30.05.2019. He got injuries and admitted in Hospital. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 57, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sunil Kumar R/o # T-840, Transit House, Sec-52, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No. PB01C0493 namely Surinder Singh R/o Gurdaspur, (PB) who hit to complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH01BH2244 near Beat Box, Sec-51, Chandigarh on 29.05.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Alleged car driver arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
