Former Haryana chief secretary SC Chaudhary joins Congress

Chandigarh, April 29, 2019: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Monday expressed happiness at former Haryana chief secretary SC Chaudhary joining the Congress.

Hooda said his administrative experience will help in policy formation for the backward and down-trodden classes of society. While serving on senior posts, Chaudhary always worked for the uplift of all the sections of society especially the poor and the depressed.

Chaudhary is a 1977 batch IAS officer. He retired as Chief Secretary, Haryana on April, 2014. He has been very competent, honest, able and upright officer. 
In view of his capabilities after his retirement, the then state government appointed him as Chief Commissioner of the Right to Service commission, Haryana in 2014, added Hooda. (agency)
