Criminal breach of trust

Maninder Singh R/o Desu Majra Colony, Kharar, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab reported that complainant started advertising online to rent out his Camera. On 06.02.2019 one person namely Prabhjot Singh contacted complainant and meet him Sector- 10 opposite to Rose Garden, Chandigarh and taken complainant’s camera on rent for 3 hours by giving his ID and Rs. 800/-. But alleged person did not returned camera and also switched off his mobile phone. A case FIR No. 134, U/S 406 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Dharmender Kumar R/o # 2001/3, Sector- 32/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Honda City Car No. CH-01BC-7880 while parked near Saint Anee’s School, Sector- 32, Chandigarh on night intervening 17/18.04.2019. A case FIR No. 97, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Threatening/Criminal Breach of Trust

          Sumita Kapil, Senior advocate alleged that Anurag Sandhu, Rosy Sandhu R/o # 47, Sector- 8, Chandigarh threatened, restrain, misbehave with complainant while she came to assist Mr. Ravi Jain for discussion in legal procedure. A case FIR No. 114 U/s 341, 506, 509, 406, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
