अशोक खेमका उत्तर भारत खासकर हरियाणा में कोई नया नाम नहीं हैं। हरियाणा के सीनियर आईएएस अपनी ईमानदारी, बेबाकी और कर्तव्यनिष्ठा के रहते सुर्खियों में आते रहे हैं। उनके 27 साल के करियर में यह उनकी 54वी बदली है। इससे यही बात समझ में आती है की महकमा कोई भी हो, हरियाणा का कोई भी विभाग भ्रष्टाचार से मुक्त नहीं है। सरकारें बदलतीं गईं लेकिन खेमका का मिजाज और कार्यशैली वही रही। सरकारें बादल जातीं हैं लेकिन उच्च अधिकारी वहीं रहते हैं जिससे भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा मिलता है। अपने पुराने कुकृत्यों को छुपाने के लिए एक कर्मठ और ईमानदार अफसर को अपना बिस्तरबंद हमेशा तैयार ही रहना पड़ता है और कई बार तो नयी नियुक्ति के पश्चात उसे खोलने की भी नौबत नहीं आती।

हरियाणा के IAS अधिकारी अशोक खेमका एक बार फिर अपने ट्रांसफर के चलते वह सुर्खियों में आ गए हैं. दरअसल हरियाणा की मनोहर लाल खट्टर सरकार ने 1991 बैच के अशोक खेमका सहित 9 आईएएस अधिकारियों का ट्रांसफर कर दिया है. सूत्रों के अनुसार सरकार की तरफ से तबादले और तैनाती के आदेश बीते विवार रात जारी किए गए. अशोक खेमका को विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में प्रधान सचिव के पद पर ट्रांसफर किया गया है.

बता दें, अशोक खेमका 1991 बैच के अधिकारी हैं. अशोक खेमका के करियर को 27 साल हुए हैं. 27 साल के करियर में अशोक खेमका का यह 52वां ट्रांसफर है. इससे पहले बीते साल नवंबर में अशोक खेमका को सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के प्रधान सचिव पद से हटाकर खेल एवं युवा मामले विभाग में तैनात किया गया था. आईएएस अधिकारी अशोक खेमका के 27 साल के करियर में यह उनका 52वां ट्रांसफर है. इससे पहले 51वें तबादले के बाद परेशान होकर उन्होंने कहा था, अब तो लगता है कि जैसे भेजा फ्राई हो गया है. 1991 बैच के अधिकारी खेमका को लगभग 15 महीने पहले खेल और युवा मामलों के विभाग में तैनात किया गया था.

आईएएस अधिकारी खेमका का नाम 2012 में चर्चा में आया था, जब उन्होंने कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा के पति राबर्ट वाड्रा की कंपनी और रीयल एस्टेट कंपनी डीएलएफ के बीच हुए जमीन सौदे को रद्द कर दिया था. स्थानांतरित किए गए अन्य आईएसएस अधिकारियों में अमित झा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरस्वती हेरिटेज बोर्ड के सलाहकार और विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव शामिल हैं.

 In continuation of a special drive against consuming liquor at public place, yesterday, the drive was carried out at different parts of the city. Under this drive total 11 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 11 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. All later on bailed out. The detail of police Stations in which cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 got registered:-  PS-11= 2 cases, PS-Sarangpur= 4 cases, PS-I.T Park= 2 cases, PS-39= 3 cases.

One arrested for possessing illegal liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Sonu R/o # 136, Nand Vihar, Baltana, Punjab from backside Bitta Petrol Pump, Manimajra, Chandigarh while illegally possessing 12 bottles of English wine on 03.03.2019. A case FIR No. 29, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against Gambling/Satta

Chandigarh Police arrested Rakesh Kumar R/o # 191, E-Block, Phase-1, Nayagaon, Punjab while he was playing satta near Bus Stop, Sector-37/41 light point, Chandigarh on 03.03.2019. Total cash Rs. 670/- was recovered from him. In this regard, a case FIR No. 55, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later he released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Dr. Krishan Gauba R/o # 75, Sector 24A, Chandigarh alleged that his domestic servant namely Kewal R/o Village Bhilijam, Distt. Muktsar (PB) stolen away 2000 US Dollar, 600 Canadian Dollar, 250 Euro, 350 Swiss Franc, 300 Singapore Dollar and cash about Rs. 20,000/- from his residence. A case FIR No. 34, U/S 381 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Harmooj Ali R/o # 1831, Deep Complex, Village- Hallomajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Splendor motor cycle No. CH-01BH-2738 while parked near his resident on 01.03.2019 A case FIR No. 78, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. The United States said on Sunday it was trying to find out if Pakistan used US-built F-16 jets to down an Indian warplane, potentially in violation of US agreements, as the stand-off between the nuclear-armed neighbours appeared to be easing.

Pakistan and India both carried out aerial bombing missions this week, including a clash on Wednesday that saw an Indian pilot shot down in an incident that alarmed global powers and sparked fears of a war. A Pakistan military spokesman on Wednesday denied Indian claims that Pakistan used F-16 jets.

Pakistan returned the captured Indian pilot on Friday in a high-profile handover Islamabad touted as a “peace gesture”, which appeared to significantly dial down tensions, but both sides remain on high alert.

At the Line of Control (LoC), the de facto border between the two countries in Kashmir, there was relative calm in the past 24 hours, both armies said on Sunday. But Indian security forces said they were carrying out major anti-militancy operations on their side on Kashmir and had shot dead two militants.

The US Embassy in Islamabad said on Sunday it was looking into reports that Pakistan used F-16 jets to shoot down the Indian pilot, a potential violation of Washington’s military sale agreements that limit how Pakistan can use the planes.

“We are aware of these reports and are seeking more information,” a US Embassy spokesperson said. “We take all allegations of misuse of defence articles very seriously.” While Pakistan has denied using F-16 jets during a dogfight that downed an Indian MiG-21 warplane over Kashmir on Wednesday, it has not specified which planes it used, though it assembles Chinese-designed JF-17 fighter jets on its soil.

Pakistan has a long history of buying US military hardware, especially in the years after 2001 when Islamabad was seen as a key partner in the US-led war on terror.

Pakistan bought several batches of F-16 planes, built by Lockheed Martin Corp, from Washington before relations soured and the United States cut off subsidised sales in 2016. It is not clear what exactly these so-called “end-user agreements” restrict Pakistan from doing. “The US government does not comment on or confirm pending investigations of this nature,” the US Embassy added.

On Thursday Indian officials displayed parts of what they called an air-to-air missile to reporters that can only be fired from F-16 jets, alleging they were used to bomb its side of the disputed Kashmir border on Wednesday.

A Pakistan military spokesman told reporters on Wednesday that Pakistani jets “locked” on Indian targets to demonstrate Pakistan’s capacity to strike back at India, but then chose to fire in an empty field where there would be no casualties.

Pakistan said its mission on Wednesday was in retaliation for India violating its airspace and sovereignty a day earlier, when Indian jets bombed a forest area near the northern city of Balakot.

India said it struck at militant training camps, but Islamabad denied any such camps existed, as did some villagers in the area when Reuters visited.

Militancy Operations

Cross-border shelling in the past few days has killed seven people on the Pakistani side and four on the Indian side of Kashmir. But on Sunday it was relatively quiet near the de facto border of Kashmir, the source of two of the three wars India and Pakistan have fought since independence from Britain in 1947.

“By and large the LoC was calm last night but you never know when it will become active again,” said Chaudhry Tariq Farooq, a minister in Pakistani Kashmir. “Tension still prevails.”

In Indian-administered Kashmir, troops on Sunday shot dead two militants after a three-day gun battle that also killed five security force personnel, taking the total death toll to 25 in the past two weeks.

The fresh anti-militancy drive was launched after a Kashmiri suicide bomber, a member of a Pakistan-based militant group, killed 40 Indian paramilitary police on 14 February. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has also come down hard on separatist groups operating in Kashmir, including by banning the Jamaat-e-Islami party, two of whose clerics were detained in raids on Saturday night.

कोलकाता: राज्य में कई स्थानों पर बीजेपी की ‘विजय संकल्प’ रैली को रोके जाने के कारण पश्चिम बंगाल में रविवार को अलग-अलग स्थानों पर पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं और पुलिस के बीच संघर्ष हो गया. कानून प्रवर्तकों ने बताया कि स्कूल बोर्ड परीक्षाएं जारी रहने के दौरान जन रैलियों पर प्रतिबंध के कारण रैलियों के लिए अनुमति नहीं होने के वजह से उन्होंने मोटरसाइकिल रैली को रोका. ‘विजय संकल्प’ मोटरसाइकिल रैली लोगों से संपर्क करने के लिए भाजपा के देशव्यापी चुनाव पूर्व संपर्क अभियान का हिस्सा है.

बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं और पुलिसकर्मियों के बीच दुर्गापुर और पश्चिम बर्दवान जिले के आसनसोल, मिदनापुर शहर और पश्चिम मिदनापुर के गोआलतोर और दक्षिण दिनाजपुर के बालुरघाट में उस समय झड़पें हुई जब वे मोटरसाइकिल रैली निकाल रहे थे. पुलिस ने भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को तितर-बितर करने के लिए आसनसोल और गोआलतोर में लाठीचार्ज किया जिसमें दोनों तरफ के कुछ लोग घायल हो गये.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी रविवार को कांग्रेस के गढ़ और कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी के संसदीय क्षेत्र अमेठी पहुंचे. अमेठी के सम्राट मैदान से पीएम मोदी ने कई बड़ी योजनाओं का शुभारंभ किया. पीएम मोदी ने भाषण की शुरुआत भारत माता की जय के नारे के साथ की. उन्होंने कहा कि पराक्रमी और वीर भारत के लिये बोलिये भारत माता की जय. उन्होंने कहा कि 1998 में पूर्व पीएम अटल बिहारी बाजपेयी के साथ यहां आया था, तब भी बारिश हुई थी. उन्होंने कहा कि जिन्होंने हमे वोट दिया वह भी हमारे हैं, जिन्होंने वोट नहीं दिया वह भी हमारे हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि हमने अमेठी की लोकसभा सीट नहीं जीतीं लेकिन लोगों का दिल जीता. 

एके-203 परिकल्पित तस्वीर

पीएम मोदी ने राहुल गांधी पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कुछ लोग जगह जगह घूमकर भाषण करते रहते है- मेड इन उज्जैन, मेड इन जैसलमेर, मेड इन बड़ौदा. लेकिन हम मेड इन अमेठी को साकार कर रहे हैं. यहां एके-203 का निर्माण होगा और सेना को मजबूत किया जाएगा. उन्होंने कहा कि अमेठी की नई पहचान एके-203 होगी. उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले साढ़े 4 साल में अमेठी और उत्तर प्रदेश के विकास के लिए हमारी सरकार ने जितने कार्य किए हैं, आज उनको और विस्तार देने के लिए मैं आप लोगो के बीच आया हूं.

पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि विकास के नाम पर विपक्ष ने हमेशा से ही अमेठी को छला है. गौरीगंज में साइकिल फैक्ट्री के लिए जमीन का अधिग्रहण हुआ. लेकिन, अभी तक फैक्ट्री नहीं बनी. पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि पहले जो सरकार थी, उसने सुरक्षाबलों की सुरक्षा में खिलवाड़ करने में कोई कोर कसर बाकी नहीं छोड़ी थी. उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश को आधुनिक राइफल ही नहीं, आधुनिक बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट ही नहीं, आधुनिक तोप के लिए भी इन्हीं लोगों ने इंतजार कराया है. ये हमारी ही सरकार है जिसने आधुनिक हॉविट्ज़र तोप का सौदा किया और अब तो भारत में ही बनाई जा रही है. 

उन्होंने कहा कि वोट लेकर जनता को भूल जाना कुछ लोगों की प्रवृत्ति रही है. वो गरीब को गरीब बनाए रखना चाहते हैं ताकि पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी गरीबी हटाओ के नारे लगा सकें. हम गरीब को इतनी ताकत दे रहे हैं कि वो अपनी गरीबी से तेजी से बाहर निकले. आज भारत में तेजी के साथ गरीबी कम हो रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि यही लोग सालों तक राफेल विमानों के सौदे पर बैठे रहे और जब सरकार जाने की बारी आई तो उसको ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया. हमारी सरकार आई और 1.5 साल के भीतर-भीतर सौदे पर मुहर लगाई और कुछ ही महीने में दुश्मन के होश उड़ाने के लिए पहला राफेल विमान भारत के आसमान में होगा. 

उन्होंने कहा कि देश की सुरक्षा के लिए हमारी सेना ने साल 2005 में आधुनिक हथियार की अपनी जरूरत को तब की सरकार के सामने रखा था. इसी को देखते हुए अमेठी में इस फैक्ट्री के लिए काम शुरू हुआ. आपके सांसद ने जब 2007 में इसका शिलान्यास किया, तब ये कहा गया था कि साल 2010 से इसमें काम शुरू हो जाएगा. इसे हमारी सरकार के कार्यकाल में शुरू किया गया.

इस दौरान वहां मौजूद लोगों ने ‘राहुल गांधी चोर है’ के नारे लगाए. पीएम मोदी ने अमेठी को 538 करोड़ रुपये की सौगात दी. मंच पर पीएम मोदी के साथ के साथ रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण, उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ और केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी मौजूद हैं. इससे पहले पीएम मोदी ने पटना के गांधी मैदान में रैली को संबोधित किया. 

मंच से लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने राहुल गांधी पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि अमेठी के सांसद ने 5 साल तक यहां के विकास पर संसद में कोई बात नहीं की. अमेठी के सांसद ने अमेठी में कुछ नहीं किया लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री को अपशब्द कहे. ईरानी ने आगे कहा कि अमेठी का दुर्भाग्य है कि यहां से एक ऐसे सांसद हैं जिनके घर में 15 साल से घी के दिये जल रहे हैं. लेकिन अमेठी का बच्चा-बच्चा जानता है कि जैसे ही गर्मी आती है तो घर के घर आग में तबाह हो जाते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे लोगों के यहां बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ता वहां मदद करने पहुंचते हैं. 

वहीं, रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि अमेठी के सांसद को यहां की चिंता ही नहीं है. हमारी सरकार रक्षा क्षेत्र के अहम सामानों का उत्पादन अमेठी में होगा. अमेठी का स्थान बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होगा. सीतारमण ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी के प्रयासों से अब एके-203 कोरवा आयुध कारखाने में बनेगी. क्लाशनिकोव राइफलों की अंतिम श्रृंखला का उत्पादन अमेठी में होगा.

इस दौरान यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी की नई रीति और नई नीति के भारत के सामने पाकिस्तान भी झुका है. कुंभ में श्रद्धालुओं को अक्षयवट के दर्शन करवाने के लिए पीएम मोदी ने द्वार खुलवाए. पीएम मोदी ने स्वच्छताकर्मियों के पैर धोकर उन्हें सम्मान दिया.उन्होंने कहा कि आतंकवादियों पर एयर स्ट्राइक कर भारतीय वायुसेना ने पाकिस्तान में भी स्वच्छता का संदेश दिया है. सीएम योगी ने कहा कि वायुसेना ने पाकिस्तान को उसके घर में जवाब दिया.

अमेठी को देंगे 538 करोड़ की सौगात
अमेठी को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने गौरीगंज के कौहार में 53729.69 लाख रुपये की 17 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास किया. इसमें 8 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास तथा 9 का लोकार्पण किया. इस दौरान उन्होंने मुंशीगंज आर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री की नई इकाई की आधारशिला रखी. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने गौरीगंज के कौहर इलाके में भारत एवं रूस के सहयोग से बनने वाली राइफल प्लांट की आधारशिला रखी. अमेठी बाईपास, केंद्रीय विद्यालय सहित कई योजनाओ का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास किया.

आज चंडीगढ़ रेजीडेण्ट एसोसिएशन वैलफेयर फेडरेशन (क्राफ्ड) की मीटिंग श्री हितेश पुरी की अध्यक्षता में सैक्टर 15, चंडीगढ़ में आयोजित की गई जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि श्री कमल किशोर यादव , कमिश्नर , नगर निगम चंडीगढ़ ने विभिन्न सैक्टरों से 70 से अधिक आईं आर डब्लयु के प्रतिनिधियों से शहर के कई मुद्दों पर चर्चा की। जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि कम्युनिटी पार्किंग की समस्या, अनुपयोग जमीन का रख रखाव, किसान मंडियों के स्थल को समतल या अस्थाई टाईल लगाने, गार्बेज इकट्ठा करने वाले कर्मचारियों को पहचान पत्र एवं वर्दी इत्यादि पर एक महीने में कार्यवाही करने का आश्वासन दिया।

रजत मल्होत्रा , महासचिव ने नीड बेस पालिसी पर पुन: विचार करने पर जोर दिया। श्री नवीन कोछड़, मुख्य संरक्षक ने एसएसपी मैडम नीलांबरी जगदले के निर्देशानुसार पुलिस एस०एच०ओ और स्थानीय आर डब्लयु की मीटिंग को निरंतर करते रहने को प्रोत्साहित किया। डा० अनीश गर्ग , मुख्य प्रवक्ता ने छोटे बच्चों के लिए टाय‌ साईकिल या प्रैम चलाने के लिए नेबरहुड पार्कों में साईकिल ट्रैक बनाने पर जोर दिया। मेजर डी पी सिंह ने मुहल्लों में धर्म के नाम पर ऊंची आवाज में लाउडस्पीकर पर चंदा मांगने वालों पर कार्यवाही करने की मांग की।

श्री हितेश पुरी चेयरमैन ने कमिश्नर, नगर निगम चंडीगढ़ को स्टडी टुअर पर क्राफ्ड के सदस्यों को भेजने के प्रस्ताव का स्वागत किया। और कहा कि क्राफ्ड की टीम अपने खर्चे पर निगम के अफसरों के साथ किसी दूसरे शहर का दौरा करेगी और उस दौरे का सर्वेक्षण का लाभ चंडीगढ़ के लोगों को मिलेगा। इस मीटिंग में वरिष्ठ उप चेयरमैन जी एस आहलूवालिया, उप चेयरमैन सुरिंदर शर्मा, महासचिव उमेश घई , विंग कमांडर एन एस मल्ही , नेहा अरोड़ा उपस्थित रहे।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहरलाल ने आज वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से पंचकूला जिला की 47.16 करोड़ रुपये की लागत की 7 विकास परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन व शिलांयास किया। सेक्टर-1 पंचकूला के लोक निर्माण विभाग विश्राम गृह में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में सांसद रतनलाल कटारिया, विधायक एवं मुख्य सचेतक ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता, कालका विधायक लतिका शर्मा, उपायुक्त डाॅ बलकार सिंह सहित अन्य अधिकारी व भाजपा के विभिन्न प्रकोष्ठों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री ने आज सिविल सचिवालय चंडीगढ़ से पूरे प्रदेश में 4106 करोड़ रुपये की 211 विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और उद्घाटन किया है, जिनमें पंचकूला जिला की 7 परियोजनाएं भी शामिल है। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिला की जिन परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन किया, उनमें नगर निगम क्षेत्र में 12.83 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से सीसीटीवी निगरानी कैमरा, 9 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से सेक्टर-25 में बनाये गये हरियाणा लोक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के मंडल स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र भवन, सेक्टर-14 राजकीय महिला महाविद्यालय में पांच करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाये गये महिला छात्रावास की परियोजना शामिल है। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रीमाता मनसा देवी श्राईन बोर्ड परिसर में पांच करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनने वाले संस्कृति महाविद्यालय, सेक्टर-5 में पुरातत्व एवं संग्रहालय विभाग द्वारा 7.80 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाये जाने वाले राज्य स्तरीय संग्रहालय भवन, सेक्टर-39 चंडीगढ़ में 7.23 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनने वाले आवासीय परिसर तथा गांव खेरावाली में 30 लाख रुपये की लागत से चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान विभाग द्वारा बनाये जाने वाले एएनएम व जीएनएम प्रशिक्षण स्कूल की आधारशिला भी रखी। 

इस मौके पर सांसद रतनालाल कटारिया ने पंचकूला जिला व संसदीय क्षेत्र में आने वाले अंबाला और यमुनानगर जिलों के लिये विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलांयास एवं उद्घाटन करने के लिये मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत के इतिहास में यह पहला अवसर है जब किसी राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री ने वीडियो कांफ्रेंस से प्रदेश में चार हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की परियोजनाओं का शिलांयास व उद्घाटन किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री की विकास, जनकल्याण और पारदर्शी प्रशासन की सोच से जहां प्रदेशवासियों को लाभ मिला है वहीं देश की अन्य राज्य सरकारे भी उनकी इस कार्यशैली का अनुसरण कर रही है। 

  विधायक एवं मुख्य सचेतक ज्ञानचंद गुप्ता ने कहा कि पूर्व सरकार के कार्यकाल में पंचकूला जिला की विकास के मामले में अनदेखी की गई है लेकिन वर्तमान सरकार के साढ़े चार वर्ष के कार्यकाल में अकेले पंचकूला विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 2 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि के विकास कार्यों को स्वीकृति मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कि इनमें से अधिकतर कार्य पूरे होने के नजदीक है और शेष का निर्माण कार्य युद्धस्तर पर चल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने पंचकूला को आयुष विश्वविद्यालय के साथ-साथ नेशनल इंस्टीच्यूट आॅफ फैशन डिजाइनिंग जैसे दो विश्व विद्यालय दिये है, जिनसे क्षेत्र के लाखों युवाओं के कौशल में निखार आयेगा और लोगों को आयुष की बेहतर सेवाएं भी उपलब्ध होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के प्रयासों से पंचकूला से यमुनानगर तक फोर लेन की परियोजना को पूरा किया जा रहा है और इससे पूरे क्षेत्र की उन्नति होगी। इसके अलावा उन्होंने पंचकूला जिला में विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से किये जा रहे विकास कार्यों का भी विस्तार पूर्वक जिक्र किया।

विधायक श्रीमती लतिका शर्मा ने कहा कि वर्तमान हरियाणा सरकार का साढ़े चार वर्ष का कार्यकाल कालका विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिये एतिहासिक रहा है। सरकार ने विकास के मामले में पिछड़े हुए क्षेत्र के लिये एक हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।  उन्होंने कहा कि पिंजौर के गांव खेड़ावाली में एएनएम व जीएनएम प्रशिक्षण स्कूल आरंभ होने से महिला सशक्तीकरण का बढ़ावा मिलेगा और क्षेत्र की महिलाओं के लिये रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेेंगे। उन्होंने यह परियरोजना स्वीकृत करवाने के लिये मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहरलाल व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अनिल विज का आभार व्यक्त किया।

Special drive against consuming liquor at public place was carried out at different parts of the city in which total 13 cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered.

 In continuation of a special drive against consuming liquor at public place, yesterday, the drive was carried out at different parts of the city. Under this drive total 13 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 13 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. All later on bailed out. The detail of police Stations in which cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 got registered:-  PS-19= 2 cases, PS-Ind. Area= 4 cases, PS-MM= 3 cases, PS-39= 2 cases, PS-Maloya= 2 cases.

This drive will be continuing in future, the general public is requested for not breaking the law.

One arrested for possessing illegal liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested a lady resident of Sector-56, Chandigarh from near Govt. School, Sector-56, Chandigarh while illegally possessing 20 quarters of country made liquor on 02.03.2019. A case FIR No. 47, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against Gambling/Satta

Chandigarh Police arrested Nitin Kapoor R/o # 305, Adarsh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Chandigarh while he was playing satta near Sindhi Sweets, Sector-37, Chandigarh on 02.03.2019. Total cash Rs. 550/- was recovered from him. In this regard, a case FIR No. 48, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later he was released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Naresh Mahajan R/o # 1293, Sector-34/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Honda City Car No. CH-03-0909 while parked near his resident on night intervening 24/25.02.2019. A case FIR No. 202, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rajat Kumar R/o # 3245, Sector-41/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Motor Cycle No. CH-01BV-0819 while parked near his resident on night intervening 27/28.02.2019. A case FIR No. 49, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Kulbir Singh R/o Gali No. 26, Village-Jujhar Nagar, Distt.-Mohali, Punjab reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Tata Ace No. CH-01TB-5482 while parked near Co-Operative bank, Village-Daddu Majra, Chandigarh on 01.03.2019. A case FIR No. 29, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rioting & Eve-teasing

A case FIR No. 77, U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354D IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the complaint of Prem Pal R/o # 2270, Phase-2, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh who alleged that 7-8 unknown persons attacked complainant with sharp weapon, iron road, sticks  and threatened him & eve-tease with complainant’s daughter near his resident on 02.03.2019. Complainant and his brother Dharambir and Sanjeet got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
