History Sheeter with 38 gm heroin arrested

Today a police party of police station Mauli Jagran headed by SI Kehar Singh was on patrolling near Nirankari Satsang Mauli Jagran Chd and apprehanded one person named Deepak s/o Kallu r/o Village Biralsi Distt. Muzaffar UP age 22 yrs and recovered 38 gm. Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 20 dated 22.01.2019 u/s 21 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran against him.

Accused Deepak is a History-sheeter of Police Station Charthawal Distt. Muzaffar Nagar as ten cases registered against him as confirmed from SHO PS Charthawal. The cases of Arms act, robbery, attempt to murder are registered against him. He will be produced before the court tomorrow.
