Chandigarh cops honoured

A welfare function was organized at GO’s Mess, Police Lines, Sector 26, Chandigarh to honour the police personnel who retired from police services after attaining the age of superannuation. Sh. Sanjay Baniwal, IPS, Director General of Police, UT Chandigarh accompanied by Dr. O.P. Mishra, IPS, DIG/UT, Sh. Milind Mahadeo Dumbere, IPS, SSP/HQRS, Sh. Shashank Anand, IPS, SSP/Traffic & Security and Ms. Nilambari Jagdale, IPS, SSP/UT, were present along with other Police Officers at the Function. The police officers and other officials who retired after attaining the age of superannuation are Sh. Arun Kumar (Insp. ORP), Sh. Yadvinder Singh (Insp. ORP), Sh. Randhir Singh (Insp. ORP), Sh. Nirmal Singh (Insp. ORP),  Sh. Charanjit Singh (Insp. ORP), Sh. Bihari Lal (SI), Sh. Gurdeep Singh (SI ORP), Sh. Sukhdev Singh (ASI), Sh. Pritam Singh (ASI ORP), Sh. Raj Kumar (ASI ORP), Sh. Baljit Singh (ASI ORP). The families of retired police officers were also invited on this occasion as a Guest of Honor. All the retirees were honoured by DGP/UT with momentums and certificates.
