मुझे ट्वीट याद नहीं है. मैंने अनगिनत ट्वीट किए हैं. और यह नहीं पता कि वोरा ने जिन ट्वीट्स का जिक्र किया है वो मेरे ही हैं

बीजेपी नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने शनिवार को दिल्ली की एक अदालत में नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में अपने ट्वीट्स के जरिए कार्यवाही को प्रभावित करने की कोशिशों के आरोपों को खारिज कर दिया है. इसके साथ ही कहा कि कांग्रेस ने जिन ट्वीट्स के बारे में कहा है वैसा कोई भी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट मुझे याद नहीं आता.

स्वामी, कांग्रेस नेता मोतीलाल वोरा की उस याचिका का जवाब दे रहे थे, जिसमें वोरा ने अदालत से नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में स्वामी के ट्वीट करने पर रोक लगाने के आदेश की मांग की थी. नेशनल हेराल्ड केस में मोतीलाल वोरा, पार्टी अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी और उनकी मां सोनिया गांधी के साथ आरोपी हैं.

बीजेपी ने एडिशनल चीफ मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट समर विशाल को बताया कि वोरा ने जिन ट्वीट्स के बारे में कहा है उन्हें शक है कि उनके साथ छेड़छाड़ की गई होगी. लेकिन साथ ही उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि मुझे ट्वीट करने का पूरा अधिकार है. स्वामी ने कहा कि मुझे ट्वीट याद नहीं है. मैंने अनगिनत ट्वीट किए हैं. और यह नहीं पता कि वोरा ने जिन ट्वीट्स का जिक्र किया है वो मेरे ही हैं.

ट्वीट कोई सबूत नहीं:

स्वामी ने आगे कहा कि ‘कानून के तहत ट्वीट स्वीकार्य नहीं है. और न ही किसी आवेदन के लिए उन्हें सबूत के रूप में गिना जा सकता है. अगर मुझे नहीं पता कि सबूत क्या हैं, तो फिर मैं आगे कैसे आगे बढ़ूंगा? मुझे ट्वीट करने का पूरा अधिकार है. लेकिन आप जिस सबूत का दावा कर रहे हैं वो सबूत नहीं हैं क्योंकि वे प्रमाणित नहीं हैं.’

उन्होंने आगे तर्क दिया कि उनके ट्वीट अपमानजनक हैं इसका कोई सबूत नहीं है और इसलिए, वोरा के आवेदन को ‘खारिज’ कर दिया जाना चाहिए. भले ही ट्वीट सही हैं तब भी ये साबित करने के लिए वो ट्वीट अपमानजनक हैं कोई सबूत नहीं है. यह भ्रष्टाचार का मामला है. इसमें सार्वजनिक हित शामिल है.

वही वोरा के वकील आर एस चीमा ने कहा कि स्वामी ने आरोपों से लिखित तौर पर इंकार नहीं किया है. और जब हमने आरोप लिखित तौर पर दिए थे तब भी उन्होंने लिखित तौर पर आरोपों से इंकार नहीं किया था. यह कोर्ट की अवमानना है.

कोर्ट ने मामले में फैसला 17 नवंबर तक के लिए सुरक्षित कर लिया है.

There should be no interference in temple traditions, says Rajinikanth

On #MeToo movement, he says it is “beneficial” for women, but cautions that “it should not be misused and should [be] used properly.”

Actor Rajinikanth on Saturday said there should be no “interference” in temple traditions that were being followed for a long time.

This his first response to the recent Supreme Court order allowing entry of women of all ages into the Sabarimala shrine of Lord Ayyappa in Kerala and the subsequent protests.

Mr. Rajinikanth, however, said there was no second opinion on equality for women in every sphere.

“But when you talk about a temple, every temple has its time honoured rituals, besides traditions being followed for a long time. My humble opinion is that no one should interfere in that,” he told reporters in Chennai.

While noting that the top court verdict should be “respected”, the 67-year-old actor indicated that caution should be exercised when it came to matters of religion and related rituals.

Kerala has been witnessing protests against the entry of girls and women of menstrual age into the Sabarimala temple since the government said it would abide by the ruling of the apex court.

The agitation has intensified since the shrine was opened for the five-day monthly pooja on October 17.

On September 28, a five-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court, headed by then Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, lifted the centuries-old practice of not allowing women of menstrual age into the shrine.

On the #MeToo movement that has seen several women levelling sexual harassment charges against men including celebrities and political personalities, Mr. Rajinikanth said it was “beneficial” for women.

However, “it should not be misused and should [be] used properly,” he cautioned.

Chinmayi’s charge against Vairamuthu

On national award-winning lyricist Vairamuthu being accused of sexual harassment, the actor said the poet had denied the charges made by singer Chinmayi Sripaada.

Former Union Minister MJ Akbar, film personalities like Alok Nath, Subhash Ghai, Rajat Kapoor and Vairamuthu have been accused of sexual harassment by a number of women under the #MeToo movement.

To a question on the launch of his proposed party, Mr. Rajinikanth said 90 per cent of the work was over and that he would make an announcement at the right time.

75th anniversary of Azad Hind Government, PM Modi to hoist tricolour at Red Fort

This is be the first time since Independence that an Indian PM would do so.

For the first time since Independence, an Indian Prime Minister would be hoisting the national flag from the ramparts of the Red Fort on a day other than 15 August.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in a flag-hoisting ceremony on Sunday to mark the 75th anniversary of the Azad Hind Government headed by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Traditionally, the Indian PM hoists the tricolour at the historic Red Fort on Independence Day.

The PMO said in a statement that Modi would also be unveiling the plaque to celebrate the 75th anniversary. The Prime Minister would also lay the foundation stone of a museum dedicated to the Azad Hind Fauj.

The PM had on Wednesday announced his decision to attend the ceremony during an interaction with BJP workers via video-conference.

Accusing the Congress of neglecting the contributions of many great personalities towards India’s freedom, Modi said that the BJP respects everybody who served the country, irrespective of party affiliation.

“While the Congress neglected the likes of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bose and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the BJP believed in remembering everybody who contributed to nation-building,” he said, citing his government’s works, including constructing museums for noted tribal personalities and developing five places linked to Dalit icon Ambedkar.

The event will also be attended by Minister of State for Culture Dr Mahesh Sharma, Chandra Kumar Bose, grand nephew of Netaji, INA Veteran Lalti Ram, and Brigadier RS Chikkara.

The decision to hoist the national flag at the Red Fort was taken in August this year by a group of Netaji followers and family members, including Chandra Kumar Bose. They had then extended a proposal to the government for the flag-hoisting from Red Fort on the 75th anniversary day of the Azad Hind Government and requested the PM to unfurl the flag.

According to reports, invitations had been sent to all chief ministers including West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. The Centre had till then not responded to the proposal.

Founded on 21 October 1943, the Azad Hind Government was inspired by the ideals of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, who was also the Head of State of this Provisional Indian Government-in-exile.

It was a part of the freedom movement, originating in 1940s outside India with a purpose of allying with Axis powers to free India from British rule.

The existence of the Azad Hind Government gave a greater legitimacy to the independence struggle against the British. Pertinently, the role of Azad Hind Fauj or the Indian National Army (INA) had been crucial in bequeathing a much needed impetus to India’s struggle for Independence.

The Red Fort will remain closed for the general public and visitors till the function in over.

BJP shows its presence in Kashmir for first time in municipal elections

The victory has given BJP control of at least four of the 20 civic bodies in Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian districts.

The BJP on Saturday made impressive gains in the urban local body elections in four districts of militancy-infested south Kashmir. It won 53 of the 132 wards, which went to the polls in four phases earlier this month, election officials said.

The victory for the party has given it control of at least four of the 20 civic bodies in the four districts of Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian.

The results of 94 wards of south Kashmir have been declared so far in which the Congress has managed to win 28 seats. The party, thus, will have control of at least three municipal bodies.

The BJP did well in Shopian where its candidates won in 12 wards unopposed. Five wards in the district did not have any nominations.

Sabrimala Row: Hindu organisations condemn Kerela police

“The way sanctity, religious belief, and the serenity of Sabarimala have been attacked shows the real face of CPI-M,” the two organisations said in a joint statement.

Joining voices with the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), two Hindu organisations, namely Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha and Delhi Sant Mahamandal on Saturday denounced the alleged action of the Kerala Police on the devotees of Sabarimala temple.

They also alleged that the real face of the CPI-M has been exposed.

“The way sanctity, religious belief, and the serenity of Sabarimala have been attacked shows the real face of CPI-M,” the two organisations said in a joint statement.

On Friday, the VHP had also condemned the action of the Kerala Police over the devotees.

Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha and Delhi Sant Mahamandal alleged that the Kerala Police lathi-charged the devotees.

“However, despite the brute force of administration, Kerala government could not force the Hindu devotees to submit. This is a victory of faith and devotion,” they said.

The organisations also thanked the devotees saying “they were trying to save the tradition of Sabarimala.”

“The role of the CPI-M has always remained under question on the issue of saving the rights of women,” said the two outfits attacking the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M).

They pointed out that the Hindu community has never been anti-women.

“But there has been a tradition of temples and one has to respect that. And due to these different traditions, India has unity in diversity,” they said.

भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के ऑलराउंडर रवींद्र जडेजा की पत्‍नी रीवा सोलंकी करणी सेना में शामिल हो गई हैं. सेना ने उन्हें गुजरात महिला मोर्चा का प्रमुख बनाया है. रीवा को यह जिम्‍मेदारी देने की घोषणा महिपाल सिंह मकराणा ने की है, जो कि करणी सेना के राष्‍ट्रीय अध्‍यक्ष हैं.

करणी सेना राजस्‍थान के राजपूतों का एक संगठन है, जिसके संस्‍थापक/सरंक्षक लोकेंद्र सिंह कालवी हैं. यह (करणी सेना) पिछले साल पद्मावत फिल्‍म के विरोध की वजह से सुर्खियों में आई थी और तब से इसका उबार जारी है.

टीम इंडिया के क्रिकेटर रवींद्र जडेजा भी राजपूत हैं और उनका विवाह अप्रैल 2016 में पेशे से मकैनिकल इंजीनियर रीवा सोलंकी से हुआ, जो कि राजकोट के राजपूत परिवार से संबंध रखती हैं. जबकि रीवा के पिता वहां के रसूखदार बिजनेसमैन हैं.

हालांकि कुछ महीने पहले रीवा राजकोट में पुलिसकर्मी के साथ झगड़े को लेकर सुर्खियों में थीं. खबरों के मुताबिक रीवा की बीएमडब्‍ल्‍यू कार पुलिस वाले से टकरा गई थी और इसके बाद उसने रीवा से हाथा पाई कर दी थी. हालांकि मामला हाई-प्रोफाइल होने के कराण गुजरात पुलिस ने पुलिसकर्मी को तुरंत गिरफ्तार करके मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी थी.

6 दिसम्बर से भव्य राम मंदिर का निर्माण आरंभ होगा: वेदांती

राम जन्मभूमि न्यास समिति के वरिष्ठ सदस्य और पूर्व सांसद रामविलास वेदांती ने शुक्रवार को दावा किया कि अयोध्या मे विवादित भूमि पर इसी साल छह दिसम्बर से भव्य राममंदिर का निर्माण शुरू हो जाएगा।

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ प्रमुख मोहन भागवत के राममंदिर निर्माण के लिए कानून बनाने जाने की पहल का स्वागत करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि पांच अक्टूबर को साधु संतों के ऐलान के बाद आरएसएस प्रमुख का बयान स्वागत योग्य है। कभी दो सीटों वाली भारतीय जनता पार्टी आज देश की सबसे अधिक सांसदों वाली पार्टी तो है ही, साथ ही दुनिया मे सबसे लोकप्रिय पार्टी होने का तमगा भाजपा के पास ही है। देश मे आज 20 राज्यों में भाजपा की सरकार है।

शिवसेना प्रमुख उद्वव ठाकरे के नंबवर मे अयोध्या मे राममंदिर निर्माण की दिशा में शिलान्यास करने के ऐलान पर वेदांती ने कहा कि भाजपा के अलावा कोई भी दल राममंदिर का निर्माण करने का पक्षधर नहीं है।

उन्होंने कहा कि देश का मुसलमान चाहता है कि अयोध्या में भव्य रामलला इन मंदिर बने। सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड के लोग चाहते हैं, शिया वक्फ बोर्ड के लोग चाहते हैं, केवल 20 प्रतिशत लोग नहीं चाहते और वह ऐसे लोग हैं जो पाकिस्तान से सम्मानित किए जाते हैं। पाकिस्तान की मंशा है कि भारत का हिंदू और मुसलमान आपस में इसी तरह से लड़ता और भिडता रहे।

फैजाबाद के पूर्व सांसद ने कहा कि भारत के हिंदू और मुसलमानों को आपस में लडाने के लिए पाकिस्तान पैसा भेजता है। अरबों डालर रुपया भारत में इसी बाबत भेजा जाता है ताकि देश का मुसलमान और हिंदू आपस में लड़ते रहे।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2018 के आखिर मे अयोध्या में श्रीराम मंदिर निर्माण का शुभारंभ किया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के रहते श्रीराम मंदिर का निर्माण नहीं होगा तो फिर कब होगा।

आज देश मे प्रधानमंत्री, राष्ट्रपति, देश के 20 राज्यों में भाजपा की सरकार होना इस बात का सबूत है कि हर कोई राममंदिर निर्माण मे अपनी अपनी हिस्सेदारी रखना चाहता है। हमारे पक्ष ने साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करते हुए धार्मिक ग्रंथों तथा पुरातत्व विभाग की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की तो वाल्मीकि रामायण के अनुरूप मंदिर माना।

वेदांती ने बाबर के वंशज प्रिंस के दावे को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि प्रिंस झूठ बोलते हैं। उन्होंने जमीन का मालिकाना हक पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि अयोध्या की जमीन सरकारी दस्तावेज में दशरथ के नाम पर दर्ज हुआ करती थी जो आज राजाराम के नाम पर दर्ज है। इस बात का सबूत अदालत मे प्रस्तुत किए जा चुके हैं।

Under this drive total 03 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 03 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. All later on bailed out. The detail of police Stations in which cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 got registered:- PS-19 = 3 cases.

This drive will be continuing in future, the general public is requested for not breaking the law.

Two arrested for possessing illegal liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Jai Bhagwan Singh R/o # 1173, Phase-1, Ramdarbar, Chandigarh from near Raman Gas Agency, Phase-2, Ramdarbar while illegally possessing 12 boxes of Country made liquor on 19.10.2018. A case FIR No. 401, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Shailender Kumar R/o # 1275, Deep Complex, Hallomajra, Chandigarh from near Kacha Rasta, Hallo Majra, Chandigarh while illegally possessing 96 quarters of Country made liquor on 19.10.2018. Sh. Kiran Kumar R/o #131, Sector-20/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away Air Conditioner from his residence on 19.10.2018. अमृतसर नरसन्हार की दोषी ‘मैडम’ को क्या कभी नामजद किया जाएगा?

रावण दहन देखते हुए, गाड़ी की चपेट में आए लोगों को संभालते संभालते राम लीला में रावण का पात्र निभाने वाले युवा दलबीर की भी ट्रेन से कुचलकर मौत हो गई है

हादसे का मुख्य कारण नवजोत कौर सिद्धू का कार्यक्र्म में भीड़ बढ़ने के बाद आने की ज़िद बना। जहां सारे भारत में रावण दहनसूर्य की अंतिम किरण के रहते कर दिया जाता है तकरीबन 6:15 (सवा छ: बजे) वहीं प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार सिद्धू बार बार आयोजकों से पूछ रहीं थीं कि भीड़ बढ़ी के नहीं, 7:00 बजे तक सब जगह रावण जल चुके थे बस पूरे उत्तर भारत में यही एक रावण था जिस को मैडम सिद्धू कारण नहीं जलाया गया था। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों कि मानें तो उन्होने कहा था कि मेरे कार्यर्क्र्म है मेरे आए बिना रावण नहीं जलेगा। 6:15 पर निपट जाने वाले कार्यक्र्म को 7:15 तक लटकाए रखा। मैडम सिद्धू के लेट हटे जाने के आरन दर्शकों को बांधे रखने के लिए बूटा मोहम्मद का रंगारंग कार्यक्र्म भी चलता रहा। वहीं एक बड़ी स्क्रीन पर यह सारा प्रोग्राम लाइव दिखाया जा रहा था।

विवादों का जन्म 

रेल हादसे के बाद से अब तक सबसे बड़ी राजनीति पवन कुमार बंसल ने शुरू कि, सनद रहे कि पवन कुमार बंसल पूर्व रेल मंत्री हैं अपने भांजे के साथ रेल्वे में बदलियों को लेकर विवादों में आए ओर इन्हे इस्तीफा देना पड़ा था, उन्होने प्रधान मंत्री की बुलेट ट्रेन पर निशाना साधते हुये कहा कि देश को बुलेट नहीं सुरक्शित रेल कि आवश्यकता है, गनीमत है कि उन्होने प्रधान मंत्री का इस्तीफा नहीं मांग लिया।

आरोपों से नाराज नवजोत कौर ने पूछा- क्या हमने लोगों पर ट्रेन चढ़ाई? 
लापरवाही से हो रहे आयोजन में चीफ गेस्ट बनने के बाद सवालों के घेरे में आईं नवजोत कौर ने कहा- हर साल इसी जगह दशहरा होता है। क्या हमने लोगों को ट्रैक पर बैठाया? क्या ट्रेन हमने लोगों पर चढ़ा दी? इस हादसे में हमारी गलती नहीं है। भाजपा भी इसी जगह दशहरा आयोजन कराती थी। वह अब हादसे के बाद राजनीति कर रही है। रेलवे को भी ट्रेन की स्पीड धीमी रखनी चाहिए थी।

दूसरी ओर रात ही को मैडम सिद्धू ने लोगों द्वारा कार्यक्र्म में उनकी देरी से आने पर सवाल उठा दिये ओर यह भी कहा कि आयोजक सत्ताधारी पार्टी से संबंध रखते हैं इसीलिए उन्होने रावण दहन की “डीएम” से अनुमति भी नहीं ली थी ओर किसी भी प्रकार के सुरक्षा इंतज़ामों के बिना यह कार्यक्र्म रखा।

अपनी आलोचना होती देख मैडम सिद्धू ने आलोचकों को राजनीति न करने की चेतावनी दे डाली। ओर पत्नी के बचाव में आए जनरल बाजवा से गले मिल कर लौटे बयान वीर नवजोत सिद्धू ने अपना कपिल शर्मा शो वाला ज्ञान बघारा कि यह तो “दैवीय प्रकोप” है।

मुख्यमंत्री 17 घंटे देरी से पँहुचे

कल शाम ही को हादसे की जानकारी पते ही इस्राइल का दौरा रद्द करने वाले पंजाब प्रांत के मुख्यमंत्री हादसे की जगह पर 17 घंटे देरी से पँहुचे ओर मात्र 10 मिनट में वहाँ से चलते हुए। उन्होने बताया की सरकार ने मृतिकोन के परिवारों के लिए 3 करोड़ का फ़ंड जारी कर दिया है और मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा 4 हफ्तों में जांच कारवाई जाएगी।  पत्रकारों ने जब उनसे हादसे संबंधी ओर हादसे के विदित कारणों पर टिप्पणी करने को कहा तो वह भन्न गए ओर पत्रकारों से बोले “अब बाकी सवाल मैजिस्ट्रेट से ही पूछे जाने चाहिए।”

पंजाब के पूर्व गृह मंत्री बिक्रम मजीठीया ने सिद्धू जोड़े पर कार्यवाही की मांग की उनके अनुसार एक इस हादसे का मुखी कारण है ओर दूसरा पीड़ितों को अपने बयानो से तकलीफ पंहुचा रहा है।

वहीं आयोजकों ने सारा ठीकरा रेल्वे ड्राईवर के सर मढ़ दिया (मानों उसने जानते बूझते इस हादसे को अंजाम दिया हो)।

हालांकि, ड्राइवर ने अपने बयान में इसका खंडन किया है. ड्राइवर का कहना है कि उसने इमरजेंसी ब्रेक लगाए थे लेकिन वह हादसा नहीं टाल पाया. ड्राइवर ने यह भी दावा किया है कि हादसे के बाद उसने ट्रेन रोकी था लेकिन बाद में यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए आगे अमृतसर की ओर बढ़ गया.

ट्रेन ड्राइवर ने दावा किया, “कर्व (घुमावदार रूट) के कारण ट्रैक पर मौजूद भीड़ नहीं दिखाई थी. जब उसने आपातकालीन ब्रेक लगाने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन ट्रेन रुकने से पहले काफी लोग उसकी चपेट में आ गए. ट्रेन की रफ्तार 90 किमी/घंटा थी जब हादसा हुआ. जब ट्रेन रुकी तो स्थानीय लोगों ने ट्रेन पर हमला करना शुरू कर दिया था.”

जहां कांग्रेस ओर प्रशासन सिद्धू द्व्य को बचाने में लगा है वहीं विपक्ष ने अमृतसर में सरकार की धाज्जिया बिखेर दीं हैं।

अंत में जो एफ़आईआर दर्ज की गयी है उसमें अज्ञात पर केस दर्ज़ किया गया है, गोया की ना कुछ हुआ, न किसी ने किया।  जब तक किसी एक, कभी भी ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं तय की जाएगी तब तक आवाम ही पीड़ित होगा, अवाम ही दोषी ओर वही सजायाफ्ता।

बड़ी चूक :

1. ट्रैक पर पहुंचे लोगों को वहां से हटाने के इंतजाम नहीं थे।
2. रेल ट्रैक के किनारे मेला लगने की जानकारी रेलवे को नहीं दी थी।
3. स्थानीय पार्षद ने बिना इजाजत इस मेले का आयोजन किया।
4. घटना के बाद पुलिस को मौके पर पहुंचने में काफी देर लगी।
5. मेले में लगी एलईडी स्क्रीन को रेल ट्रैक की ओर लगाया गया था।

कैसी विडम्बना है कि वामपंथी सरकार यह पता लगाने में अक्षम हैं कि कौन श्रद्धालु और कौन सामाजिक विघ्ट्न कारी  शक्तियाँ हैं। 

उन्हे (वामपंथी सरकार को) रेहाना, कविता और सबरीमाला श्रद्धालुओं में अंतर स्पष्ट नहीं कर पा रहे हैं

रेहना फातिमा एक मुस्लिम ओर कविता जककल ईसाई, इन्हें अचानक ही सनातन धर्म ओर देवी देवताओं में क्या दिलचस्पी हो गयी?

सबरीमाला मंदिर में बीते 17 अक्टूबर को ही देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से महिलाएं दर्शन के लिए पहुंचने वाली थीं. कई महिलाएं यहां पहुंची भी, लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश सुप्रीमकोर्ट के फैसले के बावजूद प्रदर्शनकारी और  हिंदू संगठनों की महिलाएं उन्हें भीतर प्रवेश करने नहीं दे रहीं.

भगवा झंडे के तले ये प्रदर्शनकारी बीते कई दिनों से मंदिर को घेरे खड़े हैं. इसके बावजूद महिलाओं द्वारा मंदिर में प्रवेश करने की कोशिश जारी है.

शुक्रवार को भारी पुलिस सुरक्षा के बीच सबरीमाला में महिलाओं के प्रवेश की मांग करने वाली एक्टिविस्ट ‘रेहाना फातिमा’ और हैदराबाद की पत्रकार कविता जक्कल पूरी तैयारी के साथ मंदिर पहुंची. लेकिन प्रदर्शनकारियों की फौज ने उन्हें मंदिर से 500 मीटर की दूरी पर ही रोक दिया. ये दोनों ही महिलाएं अकेले नहीं थी, बल्कि 150 जवानों की सुरक्षा में मंदिर की ओर बढ़ रही थी. इसके बावजूद प्रदर्शनकारियों ने उन्हें आगे जाने नहीं दिया.

Kerala: The house of woman activist Rehana Fatima in Kochi was vandalised by unidentified miscreants earlier today. She had gone up to the this morning under police protection & returned midway after a meeting with Kerala IG.

मामला यहीं पर खत्म नहीं हुआ. जिस समय रेहाना मंदिर में प्रवेश करने का संघर्ष कर रही थीं, ठीक उसी समय कुछ ही किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित उनके घर को प्रदर्शनकारियों ने निशाना बना लिया. रेहाना की गैर-हाजिरी में उन्होंने पूरे घर को तहस-नहस कर दिया.

हम केवल सुरक्षा दे सकते हैं, मंदिर में प्रवेश तो पुजारियों की सहमति पर ही संभव: आईजी

केरल के आईजी श्रीजीत ने कहा कि यह माहौल किसी आपदा के जैसा है. हमने उन्हें पूरी सुरक्षा के साथ मंदिर तक पहुंचाया,लेकिन दर्शन ऐसी चीज है कि वो बिना पुजारियों की सहमति के नहीं हो सकता. हम केवल सुरक्षा दे सकते हैं.

उधर राज्य देवासम (धार्मिक ट्रस्ट) मंत्री के. सुंदरन ने कहा कि सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता जैसे कुछ लोग ही मंदिर में घुसने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, सरकार के लिए यह पता लगाना मुश्किल है कि कौन श्रद्धालु और कौन सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता है? उन्होंने कहा कि हम जानते हैं कि वहां दो महिलाएं हैं, जिनमें एक पत्रकार है.

वहीं आप के बागी विधायक कपिल मिश्रा ने भी रेहाना पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि सच्चाई तो यह है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बावजूद कोई भी महिला श्रद्धालु सबरीमाला में घुसना नहीं चाहती. आज ही एक मुस्लिम महिला रेहाना फातिमा और पेड पत्रकार कविता मंदिर में प्रवेश करना चाहती थीं. जबकि भगवान अयप्पा को पूजने का उनका कोई इतिहास ही नहीं है. हिंदू आप इस दिन को याद रखिएगा.

इस पर रेहाना ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा, जो हमें रोक रहे हैं, वो कहां से श्रद्धालु हैं. मैं जानना चाहती हूं कि इसके पीछे का कारण क्या है. आप मुझे बताइए कि श्रद्धालु कैसे बनते हैं, फिर मैं आपको बताऊंगी की मैं श्रद्धालु हूं या नहीं. मुझे नहीं पता कि मेरे बच्चों को क्या हुआ. मेरी जान भी खतरे में है पर वो कह रहे हैं कि हमें सुरक्षा प्रदान करेंगे.
