youth arrested SUV ‘Fortuner’ recovered

The case FIR No. 151 dated 30.7.2018 u/s 379,411 IPC PS-49, Chandigarh was registered on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Sarin R/o # 2338, Sec.44C, Chandigarh in which he reported that on 28.7.2018 he went to RCS Society Sec.49A, Chandigarh in his Fortuner No. CH01AN-9595 to attend his family party. Where he lost the key of vehicle and later on he came back with his brother. But on the next day he found his vehicle has been stolen.

During the investigation accused Milan Sharma S/o Sh. Ravi Dutt Sharma R/o # 817, Sec.49, Chandigarh was arrested and stolen vehicle has been recovered. He further disclosed that he found the keys of vehicle, then he has stolen the fortuner and  further parked it in free parking area Sec.16, Panchkula and try to sell it off, but he could not manage to get any customer
