Criminal Breach of Trust/ Cheating

A case FIR No. 305, U/S 406, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Sector 28D, Chandigarh who alleged that her company Premium Acres Infratech Pvt Ltd. obtained the services of Alok Jain and Kapil Aggarwal C/o B Aggarwal & CO, B-19, GF Smile, Karol Bagh, New Delhi for filing of income tax returns and auditing purpose. The alleged person provided forged and fabricated acknowledgement receipts reg. Payment and filing of Income Tax on behalf of complainant’s Company and not deposited/filed income tax return. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abducted

A person resident of Sector-19, Chandigarh reported that his niece age about 17 Years went to Beauty Parlor, Sector 18, Chandigarh from her residence on 19-09-2018 and missing since then. A case FIR No. 282, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A person resident of Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that his two daughters age about 20 & 14 Years have been missing from residence since 17-09-2018. A case FIR No. 254, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sh. Naveen R/o # 1603, Sector-7, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s XUV 500 car No. HR10W-1529 while parked near Polytechnic College, Sector-26, Chandigarh on 18-09-2018. A case FIR No. 303, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rupinder Singh R/o Village Baroli, Distt-Mohali, (PB) reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Splendor M/Cycle No. PB12U6597 while parked at Parking Sector 53, Chandigarh on 17-09-2018. A case FIR No. 339, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Raman Kalia R/o SCF No. 5, Sector 27, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away Gold Tops and cash about Rs 20,000-25,000/- from Almirah of his house on 19-09-2018. A case FIR No. 304, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Anubhav Garg R/o # 161, Sector-38/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person occupant of Activa Scooter snatched away his I-Phone near Vivek High School, Sector 38, Chandigarh on 19.09.2018.
