Case registered under IPC section 420 & 406

The police has registered the case of  cheating , breach of trust and forgery against one Pankaj Gupta resident of sector 12 Panchkula  on the complaint of Sunil Kumar Sood  of sector 7 Panchkula in sector 5 police station under IPC  section 420 and 406.

In his complaint Sunil Kumar  Sood accused Pankaj Gupta of willfully attempting the breach of trust by misusing former’s   two duly signed cheques lodged with later in goodwill. Due to the various business disputes Gupta not only threatened him to put him in various legal issues also.

Sood has also mentioned that he had business relations with accuser’s firms namely M/s Nirvana Woods Hotel, AHR City Projects and Homeland city Mall. Accused was fully aware that the cheques had been kept with him in trust as trustee. As  per the complaint that various transaction disputes arosed between Gupta and Sood which are still subjudice. To mislead the court and delay the proceedings Gupta knowingly issued complainants cheques in his own name by filling the fictitious amount of Rs 2,39,56,762/- ,and Rs 20,30,00,000 .

Police has registered the case and started investigation in the matter.
