Summer Party at St.Joseph

The summer season has set in, so does the season of mangoes.  The teachers of St.Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44 D, Chandigarh organized a Summer Party for their kids before embarking upon the summer vacation.  Children of Kindergarten turned up in party dresses with hats, sunglasses and umbrellas.  They were shown and informed about the different varieties of mangoes and also the health benefits of eating the fruit like it’s good for eyes and skin.  They were apprised of the various forms of mango products like jam, jelly, pickle, shake and ice-cream.  Later the teachers served the mango delight to the tiny tots and taught them how to eat properly with a fork.

Special attraction was the ice-cream vendor who was called upon especially for the little ones of K.G. They confidently purchased on their own by offering the money to the vendor and receiving the Popsicle of their choice in return.  Partying with their classmates was a great fun for the kids and they also posed beautifully in front of the camera in their own innocent ways.
