Two arrested for possessing forged/fake documents

        Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested two persons namely Zaffer Iqbal and Mohamad Alias both R/o # 438, Sector-20/A, Chandigarh on secret information near Laxmi Naryan Mandir, Sector 44D, Chandigarh on 20.11.2018. Secret information was received that two persons Zaffer Iqbal and Mohamad Alias are doing immigration work and they are possessing fake id documents. A case FIR No. 408, U/S 419, 420, 467, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh.Investigation of the case is in progress.

Two arrested for Cheating

A case FIR No. 407, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Bhag Singh R/o Village-Bahalpur, PS-Mullanpur, Distt. Mohali, (PB) who alleged that he received phone call from one person about 15 days ago that complainant has won 1 crore lottery prize and to claim this prize he has to deposit Rs. 10 lakh as tax. On 20.11.2018, complainant was asked to come near Guruduwara Sahib, Sector 34, Chandigarh, where he met two persons namely Chetan and Rahul. They handed over cheque to complainant and taken Rs. 1 lakh. During investigation the alleged person namely Chetan and Rahul Ghai both R/o Ward No. 3 Kurali, Distt. Mohali, PB have been arrested. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Possessing of forged/counterfeit currency

A case FIR No. 338, U/S 489B, 489C IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh against Ankur Thakur R/o Village-Saroorpur Gada, Distt. Sarangpur, (UP) who left a bag containing currency 26,000/- US Dollar at table of Ahata, near Wine Shop, Sector 24, Chandigarh on 01-02-2018. Later the bag was handed over to Police by Manager of Ahata. The matter was verified and Ankur Thakur could not produce ownership and proof regarding said currency. The matter was also verified by Enforcement Deptt and Income Tax Deptt and the currency was found apparently fake. This case has been registered on legal opinion. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Eve-teasing

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that Ramesh Kumar Saini R/o # 163, Ph-III, Urban State Patiala, (PB) used to pass vulgar messages, act and outraged modesty of complainant. A case FIR No. 443, U/S 354A, 354D, 506, 509 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sh. Mam Chand R/o # 4476A, Sector-46/D, Chandigarh, reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Kwid car No. CH01BG0246 while parked near his residence on night intervening 18/19-11-2018. A case FIR No. 406, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Man beaten and looted in a road rage incident

A case FIR No 425 Dated 19.11.18 u/s 147, 149, 341, 323, 427, 506, 356, 379 IPC was registered on the statement of Sh Shishan Kumar S/o Mahavir Singh R/o Village Raipur Khurd Chd, who stated that on dated 19.11.18 at about 3 PM, he was going to meet his friend at Phase 9, Mohali on his M/Cycle No CH01BH0574, when he reached near ATM CRPF Camp Hallo Majra, one car No. CH03P0353 Black Color closely crossed him in very high speed. He instructed the car driver to drive properly, on this car driver stopped the car and blocked the way of his M/cycle and 6 young boys came out of the car holding baseball, sticks in their hands. They all started beating him without any reason and damaged his M/Cycle. One of them snatched his purse containing Cash Rs 560, R/C & other documents of his M/cycle and sped away from spot.

During the course of investigation, five accused persons namely Vimal S/o Dashrath Pandey R/o H no 257, Hallo Majra, Chd Age 29 yrs, Manoj Kumar S/o Shiv Kumar R/o H No 1, Near Water Tank Hallo Majra, Chd Age 19 yrs, Sandeep S/o Suresh Kumar R/o H No 240 Hallo Majra, Chd Age 21 yrs, Manoj S/o Suresh Kumar R/o H No 240, Hallo Majra, Chd Age 18 yrs and Ashu S/o Jishan R/o H No 573, Hallo Majra, Chd Age 19 yrs have been arrested.

According To Smt Latika Sharma The 3 Girls International Teams Nepal,Bangladesh And India shall confirm their participation in The Second Girls International 20:20 League Cricket Championship. Total 3 girls teams shall play 4 league matches and top two team shall qualify for the final. Each match of girls league shall play twenty overs innings with white ball and coloured dress. In the boys under:15 international cricket league championship total 3 teams from Nepal, Bangladesh And India. Every boys team shall play 4 league matches & top two teams from each pool shall qualify for the final stage. Every match for the boys under :15 category shall play 30 overs innings with white balls and coloured dress.

Mrs Latika Sharma And Mr amarjt Kumar said that the organising committee will provide boarding,loading,and transport facilities to all participants and officials accompanying with the 6 teams of boys and girls. The federation will distribute ss cricket kits to every “man of the match’,best bats man, best bowler, best all-rounder best wicket keeper, best fielder of the championship and the up-ccoming cricketers.

दिल्ली में घुसे जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के 2 आतंकी, पुलिस ने किया हाई अलर्ट

नई दिल्ली, 20 नवंबर (एजेंसी)।अमृतसर विस्फोट के दो दिन बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने मंगलवार को जैश ए मोहम्मद के दो संदिग्ध आतंकियों की तस्वीर जारी करते हुए राजधानी को हाई अलर्ट कर दिया। पुलिस के मुताबिक, ये दोनों संदिग्ध गुर्गे राजधानी में हमले को अंजाम दे सकते हैं।

पुलिस ने बताया कि दोनों की तलाशी के लिए गेस्ट हाउस, होटल्स और उन पेइंग गेस्ट को खंगाला जा रहा है जहां पर विदेशी छात्र रहते हैं। साथ ही, दिल्ली के सभी प्रवेश द्वार कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है। दोनों संदिग्ध आतंकियों की तस्वीरें शहर के कई जगहों पर लगा दी गई है और सोशल मीडिया पर भी उसे शेयर कर दिया गया है।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने जो फोटो जारी किया है उसमें दो शख्स एक पत्थर के पास खड़े दिख रहे हैं जिस पर लिखा है फिरोजपुर 9 किलोमीटर और दिल्ली 360 किलोमीटर। पंजाब का फिरोजपुर अमृतसर से 133 किलोमीटर दूर है जहां पर रविवार को एक धार्मिक स्थल पर दो बाइक सवारों की तरफ से फेंके गए हैंड ग्रेनेड में तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 20 लोग घायल हुए थे।

गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले पंजाब में भी आतंकियों के घुसने की खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी।
उधर, दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट से मंगवार को हिजबुल मुजाहिद्दीन के उस खूंखार आतंकी को गिरफ्तार कर बड़ी कामयाबी हासिल की है, जिसकी जम्मू पुलिस की सीआईडी यूनिट में काम करने वाले एसआई की हत्या मामले में तलाश थी। पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा यह आतंकी जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा में सब इंस्पेक्टर इम्तियाज मीर की हत्या में आरोपी है। पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपी ने अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड के जरिये ही उसने एसआई की लोकेशन की जानकारी हासिल कर हिजबुल मुजाहिद्दीन के अपने साथियों को दी थी, जिसके बाद उसे अगवा कर मार डाला गया था।

करोड़ो लूटे युवाओ से-फिर भी सुविधाए नही, परीक्षार्थियों को करना पड़ता है काफी दिक्कतों का सामना, 200 किमी दूर परीक्षा केंद्रों पर आने के बावजूद उपयुक्त सुविधाए नही

हरियाणा सरकार के हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने प्रदेश के बेरोजगार युवाओ की जेब पर डाका डालने का काम किया है , जिसमे प्रमुख रूप से युवाओ से परीक्षाओं के नाम पर चार साल में 63 करोड़ 36 लाख 62 हजार 295 रुपये की राशि तो 64526 रिक्त पदों की परीक्षाओं के लिए लेली परन्तु युवाओ को परीक्षा केंद्रों पर व आने जाने के लिए तथा अन्य उपयुक्त सुविधाए मुहैया करवाने में सरकार विफल साबित रही।हरियाणा सरकार में पूर्व चेयरमैन रहे व हरियाणा किसान कांग्रेस के प्रदेशउपाध्यक्ष विजय बंसल ने सरकार द्वारा युवाओ की जेब पर डाका डालने वाली इस नीति की कड़ी शब्दो मे निंदा करी है।विजय बंसल ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा परीक्षा केंद्र 200-200 किमी दूर बनाए गए, पद के अनुसार प्रश्न नही बनाए जबकि बन्सल ने मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा सरकार को ज्ञापन भेज कर मांग करी है कि युवाओ के लिए विशेष रूप से बेहतर व उपयुक्त यातायात सुविधाए मुहैया करवाई जाए, परीक्षार्थियों के लिए खान-पान व रहन-सहन की सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाई जाए ताकि कोई अप्रिय घटना न घट सके और रहने के लिए युवाओ को भटकना न पड़े।
भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस छात्र संगठन,एनएसयूआई के आरटीआई सेल के राष्ट्रीय कॉर्डिनेटर दीपांशु बंसल द्वारा प्राप्त सूचना के आधार पर खुलासा किया गया है कि चार वर्षो में सरकार के हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने 63 करोड़ 36 लाख 62 हजार 295 रुपये की राशि 64 हजार 526 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए इकट्ठी करी है जिसमे वर्ष 2015 में हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने 36 करोड़ 24 लाख 22 हजार 942, 2016 में 8 करोड़ 58 लाख 88 हजार 359 रुपये, 2017 में 17 करोड़ 47 लाख 17 हजार 717 व 2018 में जुलाई से पूर्व तक 96 लाख 33 हजार 277 रुपए की राशि एकत्रित करी जबकि परीक्षार्थियों के आवेदन के खर्चे के लिए एचकेसीएल को 13 करोड़ 50 लाख 54 हजार 925 रुपये तथा सी-डीएसी मोहाली को 8 करोड़ 18 लाख 57 हजार 136 रुपये खर्च किया गया ,जिसमे कुल मिलाकर 21 करोड़ 69 लाख 12 हजार 61 रुपये ही खर्च किया गया।
विजय बंसल ने आरोप लगाया है कि सरकार द्वारा युवाओ से करोड़ो की राशि मे आवेदन शुल्क तो लिया जाता है परन्तु युवाओ के लिए उपयुक्त सुविधाए मुहैया नही करवाई जाती जिससे न केवल बेरोजगार युवाओ का आर्थिक शोषण होता है बल्कि सरकार की युवाओ के प्रति सवेंदना पर भी शक जाता है।सरकार ने न तो रोजगार दिया है, न ही बेरोजगारी भत्ता बल्कि आवेदन के नाम पर प्रदेश के युवाओ से करोड़ो रुपये ठग लिए और सुविधाए मुहैया नही करवाई।

केजरीवाल को शहीद के घर आने से भी रोकेंगे क्या खट्टर-जयहिन्द

आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नवीन जयहिन्द ने मंगलवार को चंडीगढ़ में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल बुधवार को सोनीपत में शहीद नरेंद्र दहिया के घर उसके परिजनों से मुलाकात करके उन्हें एक करोड़ रुपए की सहायता राशि देना चाहते हैं। अब हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री पहले ही स्पष्ट करें कि क्या वह फिर से भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं के माध्यम से केजरीवाल का रास्ता रोकने का प्रयास करेंगे। मोदी के दौरे के दौरान भी आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को रोका गया है |

नवीन जयहिन्द ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने हमें करनाल में जनसभा करने से रोका लेकिन अब करनाल ही नहीं बल्कि हरियाणा के सभी दस लोकसभा क्षेत्रों में जनसभाओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा। एक बार रोका तो 10 बार आयेंगे केजरीवाल, दूसरी बार रोका तो 20 बार जनसभा करने आयेंगे केजरीवाल| उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री 24 नवंबर को गुरुग्राम, दो दिसंबर को फरीदाबाद, तीन दिसंबर को नारनौल व नौ दिसंबर को करनाल में जनसभाओं को संबोधित करेंगे।

आम आदमी पार्टी अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि हरियाणा में स्कूल व अस्पताल बेहद दयनीय स्थिति में है। इस मुद्दे पर हरियाणा की भाजपा सरकार पूरी तरह से बेनकाब हो चुकी है। दस लोकसभा क्षेत्रों में होने वाली जनसभाओं के दौरान यहां के लोगों स्कूलों व अस्पतालों की दयनीय हालत से रूबरू करवाते हुए दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों व मोहल्ला क्लीनिक देखने का न्यौता दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी इतनी घटिया राजनीति पर उतर चुकी है कि हरियाणा में आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा लागए जा रहे बोर्ड, होर्डिंग व पोस्टरों को भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा फाड़ा जा रहा है, लेकिन आम आदमी पार्टी प्रदेश के लोगों को दिलों में बस चुकी है और भाजपा को बेनकाब करने का काम कर रही है। नवीन जयहिन्द ने सवाल उठाया कि कांग्रेस व इनेलो के पोस्टर कही नही फाड़े जाते है | इससे सीबीआई( कांग्रेस , भाजपा, इनेलो) का गुप्त गठ्बन्धन उजागर होता है | आम आदमी पार्टी भाजपा को पूरी तरह से बेनकाब कर रही है वही इनेलो व कांग्रेस पूरी तरह से चुप है | हरियाणा के लोगों को भाजपा की असलीयत पता लग गई है कि इन्होंने शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के मुद्दे पर प्रदेश के लोगों को सिर्फ गुमराह किया है।

गुरु नानक देव जी के प्रकाश उत्सव पर गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला की ओर से धन-धन साहिब श्री गुरु नानक देव जी के प्रकाशोत्सव को समर्पित दोपहर 12 :३० बजे नगर कीर्तन आरम्भ किया गया | नगर कीर्तन के सबसे आगे पंच प्यारे चल रहे थे। नगर कीर्तन में गुरु नानक देव समेत दसों गुरुओं के जीवन पर आधारित झांकियां शामिल थीं। कीर्तनी जत्थे नगर कीर्तन करते हुए चल रहे थे। नगर कीर्तन जिस क्षेत्र से भी गुजरा वहां का माहौल गुरुमय हो गया। स्कूली बच्चे भी कीर्तन करते हुए चल रहे थे।

नगर कीर्तन गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला से शुरू होकर सेक्टर 7 ,8 ,9 ,10 ,11 , गुरुद्वारा सेक्टर 12, रैली चोक से होता हुआ गुरु द्वारा साहिब सेक्टर 15 में सम्पन हुआ । नगर कीर्तन में गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब जी के साथ सुशोभित पालकी के इलावा गतका पार्टिया , अलग अलग श्री सुखमनी साहिब सोसायटीयां , मनीमाजरा ,चंडीगढ़ , मोहाली , बलटाना और जीरकपुर से संगत और स्कूलों के बच्चे विशेष तोर पर भाग लिया। नगर कीर्तन के स्वागत के लिए जगह-जगह जलपान स्टॉल लगाए गए थे नगर कीर्तन गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला से आरम्भ होकर सेक्टरों से होते हुए गुरुद्वारा साहिब सेक्टर 15 में सम्पन हुआ ।

गुरुनानक देव जी के प्रकाश पर्व पर 21 नवंबर को सुबह साढे 9 बजे श्री अखंड पाठ साहिब आरम्भ होंगे और भोग 23 नवंबर को डाला जाएगा ।गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला के जनरल सेक्रेटरी कँवर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि गुरुनानक देव जी के प्रकाश पर्व के दिन 23 नवंबर को सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 2 :30 बजे तक मुख्य विशेष समारोह होगा और लंगर 1 बजे शरू होकर अटूट चलेगा । गुरुनानक देव जी के प्रकाश पर्व के दिन 23 नवंबर की शाम को गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला में दीवान सजाए जाएगे और दीप माला की जाएगे।

केजरीवाल पर हमले की निंदा की आप ने

आम आदमी पार्टी ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर आज हुए मिर्चीे हमले की कड़ी निंदा की है। पार्टी ने इसे केजरीवाल के प्रति गहरी साजिश बताते हुए पूरे मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच करवाये जाने की भी मांग करते हुए आरोपी के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज उसके खिलाफ सख्त कारवाई किये जाने की भी मांग की है। नई दिल् ली में आज मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल पर उस समय हमला किया जब वह सचिववालय से दोपहर दो बजे खाना खाने के लिए निकल रहे थे।  उन पर एक व्यक्ति ने अचानक हमला किया और उन पर मिर्ची पाउडर फैंका। उसके बाद उस व्यक्ति ने उनके साथ धक्का मुक्की भी की। इस हमले में उनका चश्मा भी टूट गया।

आज यहां जारी एक ब्यान में पार्टी के अंबाला लोकसभा एवं जिला पंचकूला के अध्यक्ष योगेश्वर शर्मा ने कहा कि यह सब एक षडयंत्र के तहत हो रहा है। पहले केजरीवाल को हरियाणा में असंध विधानसभा के बाल पबाना गांव में रोके गया और अब यह मिर्ची हमले की कारवाई, सब एक के बाद एक कड़ी जुड़ रही हैं।  पार्टी का कहना है कि इस पूरे मामले को लेकर पूरे दिल् ली व हरियाणा में लोगों के बीच नाराजगी है।  भाजपा की केंद्र व हरियाणा की सरकार अरविंद केजरीवाल के दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ते जनाधार से विचलित है, इसी लिए ऐसे ओछे हथकंडे अपना रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा के इस षडयंत्र का जबाबक आने वाले चुनावों में जनता वोट की चोट से देगी।

The court on November 15 convicted Yashpal Singh, who was sentenced to death, and Naresh Seharawat for killing two Sikhs and injuring three relatives of one of the deceased during the riots.

A Delhi court on November 20 awarded death sentence to one of the convicts in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case in South Delhi’s Mahipalpur. The other convict was awarded life imprisonment.

The court on November 15convicted Yashpal Singh, who was sentenced to death, and Naresh Seharawat for killing two Sikhs and injuring three relatives of one of the deceased during the riots.

“The prosecution was able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that both accused persons took out the victims, who were hiding inside a room, injured them with dangerous weapons with the intention to kill and threw them down from the first floor, which caused the death of Hardev Singh and Avtar Singh,” Additional Sessions Judge Ajay Pandey said while convicting them.

Counsel for the victims, the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committed and the prosecution had sought death sentence for the two convicts during arguments on their quantum of sentence.
