Chandigarh Police arrested Sonu R/o # 1822, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh and recovered 30 quarters of whisky, 14 halves of whisky and 3 bottles of whisky from his possession near H.No. 1836, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh on 18.06.2021 and. A case FIR No. 69, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Later, he bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
MV Theft
Vikram Kumar R/o # 21/1, Village Buterla Sector-41B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Zen Car No CH-03J-8944 which was parked near his house on the night intervening 15/16-06-2021. A case FIR No. 157, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Jogender Dass R/o # 416/1, Pipli Wala Town, Mani Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away silencer of complainant’s car No. RJ-31CB-9227 parked near his residence between 02.06.2021 to 11.06.2021. A case FIR No. 46, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint Inderjeet R/o # 343, 1st Floor, Palsora Colony, Sector-56, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Discover motor cycle No CH-01BD-1597 namely Balak Ram R/o # 992, Kishangarh, Chandigarh hit to complainant’s motor cycle No. PB65Q(T)-8068 near Hera Singh Chowk, Chandigarh on 17-06-2021. Complainant got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
