मुंबई: जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा में हुए भीषण आतंकवादी हमले के बाद महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना ने मुंबई के निजी एफएम चैनलों से कहा है कि वे पाकिस्तानी कलाकारों के गीत नहीं बजाएं. राज ठाकरे की पार्टी के एक नेता ने परिधानों के अंतरराष्ट्रीय ब्रांडों से भी कहा है कि वे पाकिस्तान में बने कपड़े नहीं बेचें. महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (मनसे) की महासचिव शालिनी ठाकरे ने कहा कि आतंकवादी हमले के मद्देनजर पार्टी ने यह निर्णय किया है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘अगर ये एफएम चैनल पाकिस्तानी कलाकारों का संगीत नहीं रोकते हैं तो उन्हें इसका नतीजा भुगतने को तैयार रहना चाहिए.’’

मनसे नेता अखिल चित्रे ने परिधानों के अंतरराष्ट्रीय ब्रांडों को लिखा है और उनसे कहा है कि वे पाकिस्तान में पूरी तरह बने अथवा आंशिक रूप से बने कपड़े नहीं बेचें. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हमें पाकिस्तान में बने कपड़े खरीदने की आवश्यकता नहीं है. मैंने कपड़ों के विभिन्न अंतरराष्ट्रीय ब्रांडों को ईमेल भेजा है और उनसे इसे रोकने को कहा है.

अगर वे इसका पालन नहीं करते हैं तो उन्हें इसका परिणाम भुगतने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा.’’ मनसे की सिने शाखा ने शनिवार को संगीत कंपनियों से कहा था कि वे पाकिस्तानी गायकों के साथ काम न करें. हाल ही में भूषण कुमार की टी सीरीज ने पाकिस्तानी गायकों राहत फतह अली खान और अतिफ असलम के साथ करार किया था. उरी में 2016 में हुए आतंकवादी हमले के बाद मनसे ने भारत में काम कर रहे पाकिस्तानी कलाकारों को देश छोड़ने को कहा था.

ममता बेनर्जी ने पुलवामा आतंकी हमले के समय को लेकर भाजपा सरकार पर निशाना साधा है, उनके अनुसार यह चुनावी रणनीति है गोया की यह हमला भाजपा ने करवाया है, जबकि आम लोगों की राय में वह स्वयम अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ संदेह के घेरे में हैं, लोगों का मानना है की सीबीआई जांच में अपने मंत्रिमंडल के लोगों को घिरता देख उन्होने ही अपने दूसरे “जीजा-साला” और एक दूसरे राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री जिनके खिलाफ सीबीआई कुछ कारवाही करना चाहती थी के साथ मिल कर ऐसा कुछ करवाया हो जिससे सबका ध्यान चुनावों तक इन लोगों द्वारा किए घोटालों से हट जाए और यह चुनावी समर किसी तरह पार कर लें।

कोलकाता: पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने सोमवार को पुलवामा आतंकी हमले के समय पर सवाल खड़े करते हुये जानना चाहा कि क्या सरकार ऐसे में युद्ध करना चाहती है जबकि लोकसभा चुनाव की आहट सुनाई दे रही है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाते हुये कहा कि आतंकी हमले की आड़ में भाजपा और आरएसएस सांप्रदायिक तनाव को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं. इस हमले में सीआरपीएफ के 40 जवान शहीद हो गए थे.  बनर्जी ने संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा, ‘‘जब चुनाव दरवाजे पर दस्तक दे रहे हैं तो ऐसे में आप युद्ध के हालात पैदा करना चाह रहे हैं. एक छाया युद्ध.

अमित शाह और नरेंद्र मोदी राजनीतिक बयान दे रहे हैं. इतनी बड़ी दुखद घटना के बाद भी आप जिम्मेदारी लेकर इस्तीफा नहीं दे रहे और ऐसा करने के बजाए राजनीतिक बयानबाजी कर रहे हैं. तृणमूल कांग्रेस प्रमुख ने यह भी सवाल किया कि सरकार के पास एक संभावित हमले की खुफिया जानकारी थी पर इसके बावजूद सीआरपीएफ जवानों के बड़े काफिले को जाने की अनुमति क्यों दे दी गई.

उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘सरकार मामले को जानती थी. खुफिया जानकारी भी थी. तब इतने अधिक लोग क्यों मरे? कोई कदम क्यों नहीं उठाया गया? बनर्जी ने कहा कि इस घटना के बाद वह मोदी सरकार के खिलाफ बोलने से परहेज कर रही थीं लेकिन अब उन्हें ऐसा करने पर मजबूर होना पड़ा है क्योंकि ‘‘कुछ लोग यह सिखाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि देशभक्ति क्या होती है.’’

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, ‘‘ मुझे संदेह है. उनमें (पाकिस्तान) इतना साहस कहां से आया , जबकि चुनाव निकट ही हों?..मुझे नहीं पता .संसद समाप्त होने के बाद ही क्यों. मुझे शंका है..बीते पांच सालों में पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कोई कदम क्यों नहीं उठाया गया. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘यह आरएसएस, विहिप और भाजपा का प्लांटेड खेल है.

हम हालात का राजनीतिक लाभ हासिल करने की प्रयासों को रोकने की कोशिश करेंगे.’’ भाजपा की राज्य इकाई के प्रमुख दिलीप घोष ने बनर्जी के बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया जताते हुये कहा कि ऐसे समय में जब पूरा देश पाकिस्तान को सबक सिखाने की मांग कर रहा है, तृणमूल कांग्रेस इस पड़ोसी देश के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाने का विरोध कर रही है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पश्चिम बंगाल राष्ट्र विरोधी गतिविधियों का केंद्र बन गया है और राज्य सरकार उन्हें रोकने में विफल रही है.

(xvi)      Dr. Prabhdeep Brar, University Institute of Fashion Technology and Vocational Development, Panjab University won the best presentation award for her paper entitled “Observing sustainability: Case studies of Chandigarh boutiques and their textile waste reuse” at the 21st international Conference on sustainability in fashion and textiles’ held in Rome, Italy from January 17-18, 2019.

(xvii)     Panjab University successfully conducted the 34th North Zone Inter University Youth Festival from 27-31 December, 2018 in collaboration with Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. About 36 Universities from northern India participated in this mega festival.  It is also a matter of honour that Panjab University, Chandigarh placed on 2nd runner-up in overall championship of this festival.

International Gian Workshop on “Primary Immunodeficiency diseases from
bench to bedside” started today in the Department of SAIF/CIL, Panjab
University. Prof. Dr.Nima Rezaei, a leading scientist is the guest
faculty from Tehran University of Medical Science, Iran.  Prof. Raj
Kumar, Vice Chancellor, PU and Prof. Jagat Ram, Director PGI sent
their blessings for the success of prestigious GIAN workshop.

Prof. S.K.Mehta, Director SAIF/CIL and Local GIAN Coordinator started
the inaugural proceedings by welcoming the august gathering and
sharing the importance of the workshop in today’s world. He introduced
the audience to the GIAN scheme and various GIAN programmes which were held so far. Prof. Mehta encouraged the participants to
enthusiastically participate in such workshops, conferences and
symposium as theylay a foundation for future collaborations in terms
of research and development.

Prof. Dr. Surjit Singh, In charge Paediatric Centre at PGIMER,
Chandigarh, as Course Coordinator welcomes the participants and read
out message of Director PGI. Dr. Amit Rawat from PGI introduced Prof.
Dr. Nima Rezaei, the foreign faculty. Prof. Nima Rezaei in his address
mentioned about his previous collaborations with Prof. Surjit Singh
and Dr. Amit Rawat. He elaborated about the Primary immunodeficiency
diseases and thanked the coordinators for inviting him to India for
this course. Prof. Rezaei hoped this workshop to be an interactive
platform for all the participants. He mentioned that it was his dream

The 5-day schedule of the activities of the workshop was explained by
Dr. Deepak B Salunke, joint Course Coordinator. He told the audience
about the achievements of Prof. Razaei in such a young age, who has

A minute of silence as a mark of homage and respect to the martyrs of the recent Pulwama terror attack was also observed by all present in the meeting.

एसिड अटैक पीडिता को मिलेगी 8 हजार रूपए की मासिक सहायता राशि- विवेक गोयल

पंचकूला, 18 फरवरी-

जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण द्वारा जिला के अंतर्गत पड़ने वाले पिंजौर खंड में स्थित राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय पिंजौर में लिविंग इन द शैडो कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के सचिव एवं मुख्य दंडाधिकारी श्री विवेक गोयल ने मुख्यातिथि के रुप में शिरकत की। श्री गोयल लिविंग इन द शैडो प्रोजैक्ट के तहत एसिड एटैक पीडितों के पुनर्वास को लेकर आयोजित कार्यशाला को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। कार्यशाला में पैनल अधिवक्ता तथा कानून स्वयं सेवकों ने भाग लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि एसिड अटैक पीडिता को अब 8 हजार रूपए की मासिक सहायता राशि मिलेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि देश में एसिड अटैक की घटनाओं को देखते हुए हरियाणा सरकार ने वर्ष 2013 में एसिड पीडित महिलाओं को राहत देने एवं उनके पुनर्वास के लिए योजना लागू की है। इसमें 2016 में संशोधन भी किया गया। इसके तहत एसिड पीडितों को तुरंत प्रभाव से सहायता, निशुल्क ईलाज तथा पुनर्वास के लिए मदद दिए जाने का प्रावधान है। इस दौरान एसिड पीडितों को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा देने पर विचार विमर्श किया गया। जब भी कोई पीडिता सामने आती है तो उसके लिए व्यवसायिक शिक्षा की व्यवस्था की जाएगी ताकि वे सही ढंग से अपना जीवन यापन कर सके।

सीजेएम ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जब भी ऐसे मामले आएं उन्हें सही ढंग से मैडिकल सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई जाए और उसकी काउंसलिंग करवाई जाए। सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित अस्पतालों की सूची भी जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण को उपलब्ध करवाएं ताकि वहां एसिड प्रभावित महिलाओं का ईलाज करवाया जा सके।   लिविंग इन द शैडो कार्यक्रम में एसिड एटैक से संबंधित एक नुक्कड़ नाटक भी प्रस्तुत किया गया। इस जागरुकता कार्यक्रम में स्कूल के 150 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों व अध्यापकों ने भाग लिया।
