कर्नाटक की राजनीतिक उथल-पुथल में एक नया मोड़ आया है. बेंगलुरू का राजनीतिक ड्रामा अब राजधानी दिल्ली तक पहुंच चुका है. दरअसल बीजेपी ने पहले तो अपने 100 विधायकों को दिल्ली बुलाया. फिर दिल्ली के पास गुड़गांव में एक रिसॉर्ट में भेज दिया.

बीजेपी का आरोप है कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री एचडी कुमारस्वामी विधायकों को तोड़ने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. बीजेपी नेता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बीएस येदियुरप्पा ने कहा, ‘जनता दल सेक्युलर (जेडीएस) बीजेपी विधायकों को तोड़ना चाहता है. हम एकजुट हैं. हम एक-दो दिन दिल्ली में रहेंगे.’

दोनों पार्टियां एक दूसरे पर लगा रही हैं खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप

कांग्रेस पार्टी भी लगातार आरोप लगा रही है कि बीजेपी कर्नाटक में विधायकों की खरीद फरोख्त कर के वैकल्पिक सरकार बनाने की कोशिश में जुटी है. इस पर पलटवार करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, ‘हम एक वैकल्पिक सरकार बनाने की कोशिश नहीं कर रहे हैं.’

कांग्रेस ने कहा है कि लापता विधायकों का एक समूह इस बात का सबूत है कि बीजेपी ने ‘ऑपरेशन लोटस’ लॉन्च किया है. यह शब्द पहली बार 2008 में इस्तेमाल किया गया था, जब बीजेपी पर कई विपक्षी विधायकों को उकसाने का आरोप लगाया गया था. ताकि येदियुरप्पा के नेतृत्व वाली अपनी सरकार की स्थिरता सुनिश्चित की जा सके.

एनडीटीवी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 224 सदस्यीय कर्नाटक विधानसभा में, जेडीएस-कांग्रेस गठबंधन में 118 विधायक हैं, जो बहुमत के 113 के आंकड़े से अधिक है. बीजेपी के पास 104 विधायक हैं और यह आवश्यक संख्या से बहुत कम है.

कांग्रेस के पांच विधायक भी गायब हैं लेकिन येदियुरप्पा के संपर्क में हैं

लेकिन कांग्रेस का आरोप है कि बीजेपी कोशिश कर रही है, यही कारण है कि उसके पांच विधायक गायब हो गए हैं. कुमारस्वामी का दावा है कि वे मुंबई के एक होटल में हैं और उनके संपर्क में हैं. मुख्यमंत्री ने नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा, ‘वे सभी (कांग्रेस विधायक) मुझसे लगातार संपर्क में हैं. वे मुझे सूचित करने के बाद मुंबई चले गए. मेरी सरकार किसी भी खतरे में नहीं है.’

कुमारस्वामी ने कहा ‘मुझे पता है कि बीजेपी किससे संपर्क करने की कोशिश कर रही है और वे क्या पेशकश कर रहे हैं. मैं इसे संभाल सकता हूं.’ कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेता और राज्य के डिप्टी गवर्नर जी परमेस्वर ने कहा, ‘हमारे कुछ विधायक चले गए हैं, वे मंदिर, छुट्टी, परिवार के कार्यक्रमों के लिए जा सकते हैं, हम नहीं जानते. हमारे सभी विधायक बरकरार हैं.’

मध्य प्रदेश में बीजेपी नेताओं की तरफ से लगातार इशारों-इशारों में इस बात को कहा जा रहा है कि मौजूदा कमलनाथ सरकार कभी भी गिर जाएगी.

नवनियुक्त नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने आगे कह, ”जिसके हार्ट और किडनी दूसरी पार्टी के हैं, वह सरकार ज्यादा दिन नहीं चलती. उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस की सरकार चार माह से ज्यादा नहीं चलेगी.  उन्होंने कहा, ”11 दिसंबर (चुनाव परिणाम के बाद) को बीमार शिशु पैदा हुआ जिसकी किडनी समाजवादी पार्टी, हार्ट बहुजन समाज पार्टी और अन्य अंग निर्दलियों के लगे हैं.

बीजेपी केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने कर्नाटक में राजनेतिक हालात को देखकर अपने 102 विधायकों को गुड़गांव के रिज़ॉर्ट में शिफ़्ट करने फ़ैसला किया है

नई दिल्ली/बेंगलुरू: कर्नाटक की सियासत में एक बार फिर से हलचल बढ़ गई है. कुमारस्वामी सरकार पर संकट बढ़ गया है. कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर विधायकों की खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप लगाया है. उधर, बीजेपी ने भी पलटवार किया है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कोंग्रेस के 10 और जेडीएस के 3 विधायक बीजेपी के संपर्क में हैं. बीजेपी की कोशिश है कि जल्दी ही ये 13 विधायकों इस्तीफ़ा दे दें. बीजेपी कर्नाटक में कुमारस्वामी सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ अगले हफ़्ते अविश्वास प्रस्ताव भी ला सकती है. 

इसके अलावा, बीजेपी ने अपनी पार्टी के विधायकों को दिल्ली बुला लिया है. कर्नाटक विधायकों की बैठक 1:30 बजे दिल्ली के वेस्टर्न कोर्ट एनेक्सी में हुई. बैठक में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष येदियुरप्पा के साथ -साथ प्रदेश बीजेपी के कई नेता भी मौजूद थे. हालांकि बताया जा रहा है कि बैठक लोकसभा चुनाव की तैयारियों को लेकर चर्चा हुई लेकिन सूत्रों का कहना इस बैठक में राज्य के ताजा राजनीतिक हालातों पर चर्चा के साथ-साथ बीजेपी की कोशिश अपने विधायकों को एकजुट रखने और संभावित तोड़-फोड़ से बचाने की है. मीटिंग के बाद बीजेपी केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने कर्नाटक में राजनेतिक हालात को देखकर अपने 102 विधायकों को गुड़गांव के रिज़ॉर्ट में शिफ़्ट करने फ़ैसला किया है. 

कुमारस्वामी ने सरकार गिराने की रिपोर्ट को खारिज किया
उधर, कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री एचडी कुमारस्वामी ने सोमवार को कहा कि राज्य में कांग्रेस-जेडीएस की सरकार की ‘अस्थिरता’ का कोई सवाल नहीं है. उन्होंने इन रिपोर्टो को भी खारिज किया जिनमें कहा गया है कि बीजेपी उनकी सरकार को गिराने के लिए कथित रूप से ‘ऑपरेशन कमल’ चला रही है. कुमारस्वामी ने हालांकि अपने इस आरोप को दोहराया कि बीजेपी सत्तारुढ़ गठबंधन के विधायकों को लुभाने का प्रयास कर रही है. हालांकि उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि गठबंधन का कोई भी विधायक पाला नहीं बदलेगा. 

कुमारस्वामी ने कहा, “मैंने मीडिया में आई इन रिपोर्ट (ऑपरेशन कमल) को देखा है. आज भी मैंने एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट देखी जिसमें कहा गया है कि 17 जनवरी को राज्य में राष्ट्रपति शासन लगा दिया जाएगा. मुझे नहीं मालूम कि मीडिया में इस प्रकार की रिपोर्ट कौन दे रहा है…. मुझे यह रिपोर्ट देखकर बड़ी हैरानी हुई.” उन्होंने कहा, “मुझे नहीं मालूम ऐसी रिपोर्टो से किसको फायदा होगा लेकिन मेरी राय में, इससे राज्य की जनता का नुकसान होगा.” उन्होंने मैसूर में संवाददाताओं से यह बात कही.

कर्नाटक में सियासी उठापटक के बीच कांग्रेस और जेडीएस में 2019 चुनाव के लिए सीट बंटवारे को लेकर बात नहीं बन पा रही है.

बेंगलुरू: कर्नाटक में सियासी नाटक जारी है. बीजेपी जहां कांग्रेस-जेडीएस पर उसके विधायकों की खरीद-फरोख्त का आरोप लगा रही है. वहीं कांग्रेस-जेडीएस गठबंधन ने बीजेपी पर आरोपों की झड़ी लगा दी है. लेकिन इसी बीच कांग्रेस और जेडीएस के बीच तल्खी बढ़ती जा रही है. लोकसभा चुनाव 2019 के लिए सीटों के बंटवारे पर दोनों दलों के बीच बात नहीं बन रही है. 

मुख्यमंत्री एचडी कुमारस्वामी ने कांग्रेस को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि उनकी पार्टी के साथ ‘तीसरे दर्जे के नागरिकों’ जैसा व्यवहार न किया जाए. कुमारस्वामी ने यह भी जोड़ा कि बीजेपी के खिलाफ एकजुट होकर लड़ने के लिए दोनों साझेदारों को ‘लेन-देन की नीति’ अपनानी होगी. गठबंधन सहयोगियों के बीच सीटों के बंटवारे को लेकर होने वाली बातचीत से पहले कांग्रेस में अंदरुनी दबाव है कि वह जनता दल सेक्यूलर (जेडीएस) के सामने ज्यादा ना झुके वहीं. कुमारस्वामी का कहना है कि दोनों पक्षों में किसी को भी संकीर्णता नहीं दिखानी चाहिए.

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सत्ता विरोधी लहर के साथ-साथ मोदी सरकार की लोकप्रियता घट रही है. प्रधानमंत्री पद के लिए कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी का नाम सुझाते हुए कुमारस्वामी ने कहा कि भाजपा-विरोधी दलों में हालांकि गांधी के नाम को लेकर अभी तक सहमति नहीं है. कर्नाटक में अपनी सरकार के सात महीने पूरे होने पर जेडीएस नेता ने सरकार के भीतर मतभेद के आरोपों को नकारते हुए कहा कि वह इस ‘कड़वाहट’ से आसानी से पार पा लेंगे.

सीट बंटवारे पर बातचीत असफल रहने पर क्या जेडीएस अकेले दम पर लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ेगी. यह पूछने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा. “हमारी समझ से हम दोनों (कांग्रेस और जेडीएस) को (लोकसभा चुनाव) साथ लड़ना चाहिए. क्योंकि (कर्नाटक में) सरकार बनाने का कारण भाजपा को सत्ता में आने से रोकना और देश में माहौल को बेहतर बनाना था….” 

उन्होंने कहा कि दक्षिण भारतीय राज्य में गठबंधन सरकार के गठन के बाद से देश के राजनीतिक परिदृश्य में बहुत बदलाव आए हैं. बीजेपी का पराभव हो रहा है. कुछ उपचुनावों और तीन राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस को जीत मिली है. कुमारस्वामी ने कहा. “…..मेरे विचार में यदि कांग्रेस राह भटक जाती है और अति-विश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ती है तो क्या होगा. उन्हें पता है. अपने अतीत के अनुभवों के माध्यम से वह सब कुछ जानते हैं. मुझे नहीं लगता है कि वह इसे भूलेंगे.”  

उन्होंने कहा. “उन्हें हमारे साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करना चाहिए. उन्हें हमारे साथ तीसरे दर्जें के नागरिक की तरह व्यवहार नहीं करना चाहिए. यहां नीति लेन-देन की होनी चाहिए.”  

जेडीएस ने प्रदेश की 24 संसदीय सीटों में से 12 की मांग रखी है जिसपर कांग्रेस को आपत्ति है. 2014 के आम चुनावों में राज्य में भाजपा को 17. कांग्रेस को नौ और जेडीएस को दो सीटें मिली थीं. लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए कर्नाटक में सीटों का बंटावारा कांग्रेस-जेडीएस गठबंधन के लिए अग्निपरीक्षा होगा. खास तौर से पुराने मैसूर की सीटों पर जहां वोक्कालिंग समुदाय में जेडीएस की पकड़ मजबूत है वहीं इन सीटों पर फिलहाल कांग्रेस के सांसद हैं. लोकसभा चुनाव साथ लड़ने की इच्छा दोहराते हुए कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि दोनों दलों के नेताओं के बीच बातचीत होने और इस महीने के अंत तक अंतिम फैसला होने की संभावना है.

कुमारस्वामी ने कहा. “हमारे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष (एचडी देवेगौड़ा) को लगता है कि सरकार बनने के बाद हर बात में दो-तिहाई (कांग्रेस) और एक-तिहाई (जेडीएस) का फॉर्मूला अपनाया जा रहा है जैसा कि मंत्रालयों और बोर्ड कॉरपोरेशन की नियुक्तियों में हुआ है.” उन्होंने कहा, “28 सीटें हैं… उन्हें दो तिहाई लेनी चाहिए और हमें एक-तिहाई देना चाहिए. मेरा यही विचार है और मुझे लगता है कि वह इसे स्वीकार करेंगे.”

Our Chandigarh Police WUSHU team participants under Coach Sandeep Singh and manager Bhim Singh participated in 8th Chandigarh State Senior WUSHU men and women championship and performed outstanding. Following is detail of medal winners:

Today on 14h January 2019 a massive demonstration in front of Vijaya Bank , Sector 9, Chandigarh by All India Bank Officers Confederation against the cabinet approval of the proposed merger of Vijaya Bank, Dena Bank into Bank of Baroda, respectable wage settlement based on the Charter of Demands, Unconditional and clear mandate, updation of pension and revision in family pension, scrapping of NPS and against the forced mis selling of third party products. More than 600 officers from different banks participated in the demonstration.

Speaking on the occasion Com. T.S. Saggu state secretary of AIBOC (tricity) unit strongly criticized the government against the cabinet approval for the merger of Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank. He said that such amalgamations, consolidations and mergers are unwarranted at this time when there is a need to provide banking facility to the entire people of this great country. The only major problem confronting the banks as of now is the rising bad loans and its adverse effect on the health of public sector banks. The profits of the banks are getting evaporated due to enormous provisions towards bad loans. The present govt. is taking retrograde measures like merger and amalgamation which will adversely impact the economy and affect the banking clientele and banking services besides harming the interest of the workforce. Banks merger in India will systematically lead to cut in job opportunities as it will lead to closure of many bank branches.

He further told the gathering that the Government/IBA is going very slow with regard to the wage revision of the Bank employees and Officers due from 1st of November 2017. He criticized the attitude of the Government / IBA for their lackluster attitude towards the genuine demands of the Bankers and also rejected the meager offer of 8% by the IBA in their meeting held on 30/11/2018. He further briefed the gathering that the only agenda of the Government is to privatize the public sector banks. The net profits are getting reduced only due to huge provisions for bad loans and not due to any reasons attributable to the employees and officers of the Banks. The government is doing little for recovery of huge NPA’s of the Public sector Banks.

आज सोमवार को राम दरबार चंडीगढ़ में एयर फोर्स के बाउंड्री से सटे एक जन सभा को संबोधित करते हुए अविनाश सिंह शर्मा लोकसभा उम्मीदवार चंडीगढ़ की आवाज पार्टी ने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन चंडीगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय का आदेश बता कर डिफेंस एरिया में एयर फोर्स की बाउंड्री से सटे 100 मीटर के दायरे में वह राम दरबार हो, बहलाना हो, फैदा हो, हल्लोमाजरा में नापी करवा कर दहशत का माहौल बना रहा है चंडीगढ़ की आवाज पार्टी के प्रयास से पहले ही मुकदमा नंबर सीडब्ल्यूपी 7426 / 2017 में 29 अगस्त 2018 को हाईकोर्ट के आदेश आ चुके हैं कि डिफेंस एक्ट  1903 के अंतर्गत किसी की प्रॉपर्टी को तोड़ने से पहले प्रशासन को मुआवजा देना होगा। चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन उन प्रॉपर्टी का मार्केट वैल्यू करवाकर पहले मुआवजा दे। उसके बाद तोड़ने की कोई कवायद करें। जिससे पीड़ित परिवार उजड़ने के बाद कहीं पर बस सके। नहीं तो चंडीगढ़ की आवाज पार्टी चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन की तानाशाही को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा। कारण की उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश का सम्मान करना चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन का भी फर्ज बनता है। पीड़ित को मुआवजा के लिए आदेश चंडीगढ़ की आवाज पार्टी के प्रयास से 29 अगस्त 2018 को आ चुका है। इस मौके मुख्य रूप से राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष कमल किशोर शर्मा, रमेश टॉक और काफी संख्या में राम दरबार निवासी उपस्थित थे।

Chandigarh, January 14 :

National Scheduled Castes Alliance continued its struggle against the State Government by resuming the second stage of its Pamphlet drive. Civil Secretariat Punjab in Chandigarh was the targeted area to reach out awareness over the atrocities being dealt to Scheduled Castes community in the State and to protest against the inactive approach of the Congress govt. to provide justice to those who have been traumatised due to hate crimes and social boycott. Symbolic Hunger strike started by the Alliance along with the victims of 2 villages Shergarh and Atalan, has entered into its 25th day and there are yet to be any signs of support from the State government to be given to these victims in assurance of fulfilling of their demands.

Paramjit Singh Kainth, President of the Alliance told, “Our protest will continue indefinitely against the corrupt tendencies of this Government. The atrocities being dealt on the SC community are increasing every day and the bureaucracy of the State has given up to the pressure of the corrupt politicians in power at present. Since 21st December the symbolic hunger strike has continued into its 25th day and still Capt. Amrinder Singh and his Govt has been silent in helping out these victims families. FIRs with section 307 and 326 imposed illegaly are still in effect against these families. Their demand to revoke the FIR has been left unheard.”

The pamphlet which the Alliance is sharing with the masses contains information on the atrocities and hate crimes that the SC community has to suffer and how the amount of cases of social boycott has been increasing. It also appeals to the Public to support the families traumatised in Shergarh and Atalan who have been living as refugees on the symbolic hunger strike at Sector 25 Rally Ground, Chandigarh.

Kainth said, “All the political parties have failed miserably in standing up for the rights of the SC community in Punjab. The Scheduled Castes community having 35% population almost in the State is the first to be approached by these parties but in the non-election phase, the community is not even in the second thoughts of these politicians. Our fight is against such attitude of the Congress, Akali Dal, BJP and AAP. The Victim families on protest haven’t been approached once by any representatives of these parties.

The pamphlet drive has been a success with great reception being received from the public. People are supportive of the cause and wish to join the protest against the atrocities on the community. Government employees and officers in the civil secretariat Punjab were also supportive of the cause today during the pamphlet drive. Our struggle will continue indefinitely along with the Symbolic hunger strike at Sector 25 ground in Chandigarh until the demands are not fulfilled by the State Government.”

NSS Volunteers of  Dev Samaj College for Women, Sec-45/B Chandigarh celebrated the festival of Lohri on 14th January 2019.

They wished the staff members on Lohri, sang songs and danced around the bonfire. Sweets, Peanuts and popcorns were distributed to all. On this ocassion Dr. Agnese Dhillon  Secretary, Dev  Samaj College for Women, was the  Chief Guest and she extended her warm wishes and Greetings to all who were present there.

Principal Dr. Jaspal Kaur expressed her good wishes for everyone and hoped that the festival would bring joy and happiness in every one’s family.
