मध्य प्रदेश में 75% मताधिकार का प्रयोग हुआ

भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) और कांग्रेस के लिए प्रतिष्ठा का प्रश्न बने मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मतदान में आज सभी 230 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लगभग 65 हजार मतदान केंद्रों में अपरान्ह चार बजे तक 55 प्रतिशत से अधिक मतदाताओं ने वोट डाले। इक्का दुक्का घटनाओं को छाेड़कर मतदान शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से चल रहा है, वहीं इंदौर, गुना और धार जिले में एक एक यानी कुल तीन मतदान कर्मचारियों की मृत्यु हृदयाघात और अन्य बीमारियों से हुयी है।

नक्सली प्रभावित बालाघाट जिले के तीन क्षेत्रों परसवाड़ा, बैहर और लांजी में दोपहर तीन बजे निर्धारित समय पर मतदान संपन्न हो गया। इन तीनों इलाकों में सुबह सात बजे मतदान शुरू हुआ था और औसतन 65 प्रतिशत वोट पड़े। हालाकि इन तीनों क्षेत्रों का अंतिम वोट प्रतिशत अभी आना शेष है।

वर्ष 2013 के विधानसभा चुनाव में लगभग 72 प्रतिशत मतदाताओं ने वोट डाले थे। राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी कार्यालय का प्रयास है कि इस बार कम से कम 80 फीसदी मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग करें।

मतदान के शुरूआती क्षणों में सतना जिला और कुछ अन्य जिलों में इलेक्ट्रानिक वोटिंग मशीन (ईवीएम) में गड़बड़ी के कारण कुछ देर के लिए मतदान प्रभावित रहा। इन सभी स्थानों पर मशीनें बदलकर मतदान शुरू कराया गया। सतना जिले में लगभग डेढ़ हजार वीवीपेट और तीन सौ से अधिक कंट्रोल यूनिट बदली गयीं। इस जिले में रिजर्व मशीन भी कम पड़ गयीं, इसलिए रीवा और आसपास के जिलों से अतिरिक्त मशीनें बुलाकर सतना जिले में इनका उपयोग किया गया।

राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी वी एल कांताराव ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि राज्य में आज मतदान के दौरान डेढ़ प्रतिशत कंट्रोल यूनिट (सीयू) और ढाई प्रतिशत वीवीपेट बदली गयीं। वहीं सतना जिले में 20 प्रतिशत वीवीपेट (1545 नग) बदले गए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन स्थानों पर पुनर्मतदान कराने की आवश्यकता इसलिए नहीं हैं, क्योंकि मशीन बदलकर फिर से मतदान शुरू करा दिया गया और शाम पांच बजे तक आने वाले सभी मतदाताओं से वोट डलवाए जाएंगे, भले ही इस कार्य में रात्रि के आठ नौ ही क्यों नहीं बज जाएं।

उन्होंने बताया कि मशीनों में खराबी के संबंध में प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कमलनाथ की शिकायत आयी थी और आयोग की ओर से उठाए गए कदमों के बारे में बता दिया गया। एक सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि भाजपा की ओर से श्री कमलनाथ के आज छिंदवाड़ा जिले में मतदान के दौरान चुनाव चिन्ह दिखाने के संबंध में शिकायत प्राप्त हुयी है। इस बारे में वीडियो रिकार्डिंग मंगवायी गयी है और उसके अवलोकन के बाद अगला कदम उठाया जाएगा।

श्री राव ने कहा कि राज्य में मतदान पूरी तरह शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से चल रहा है और भिंड जिले के मोहनपुरा के पास गोली चलने संबंधी जो खबर आयी है, उसका मतदान से कोई लेना देना नहीं है। पास के मतदान केंद्र पर मतदान प्रभावित नहीं हुआ और झगड़े के संबंध में पुलिस ने आवश्यक कार्रवाई की है। इस मामले में एक व्यक्ति को मामूली चोट आयी है।

FIR No. 354 dated 15.11.18 U/s 336 IPC, 25/27/54/59 Arms Act added 307, 34 IPC, PS-17, U.T. Chandigarh


The above case was registered on the complaint of Pankaj S/o Joginder Singh R/o H. No. 2727 Sector-22/C, Chandigarh. That he is running Nukkar Dhaba at Sector-22/C, Chandigarh. On 15.11.18 at about 12.00 AM, after closing his Dhaba he was going to his brother-in-law namely Vimal, who is also running a Dhaba in the name of Delhi Parantha Gali, Sector-22/A, Chandigarh. When he reached near Paul Merchants, Sector-22 and saw three cars came on 17/22 dividing road towards Sector-22 and stopped near cricket stadium chowk. All persons were abusing to each other. Out of them, one person started pelting stone and another boy fired shot in the air.

During investigation a special team was constituted, information was developed. After recorded the statements of victims Vineet Gautam, Ranbir, etc U/s 307, 34 IPC has been added in above said case.

On secret information one accused Kulbir Singh @ Guddu S/o Shingara Singh Dogar R/o # 4733/3, Sector 38 West, DMC, Chandigarh was arrested on 27.11.18 and on his disclosure a country made pistol .32 bore and three live cartridge recovered. He was thoroughly questioned and he disclosed his associate’s names as Nav Sandhu and Jai Pandit, who were involved in crime. On the day of incident Nav Sandhu came to him on his Pulsar M/cycle. He alongwith Nav Sandhu and Jai Pandit came to Sector 22, Chandigarh. He tried to fire a shot but could not succeed then Nav Sandhu fired shot in the air from his pistol. Nav Sandhu is residing at Village- Ghagga, Tehsil-Samana, Distt-Patiala, Punjab and Jai Pandit belongs to Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Today accused Kulbir Singh @ Guddu was produced before the Hon’ble Court and procured his 02 days police remand. Co-accused Nav Sandhu and Jai Pandit are yet to be arrested.

कांग्रेस नेता कमलनाथ ने भोपाल में मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनावों पर बयान दिया है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैंने कहा था कि हम 140 से ज्यादा सीटें जीतेंगे लेकिन आज की वोटिंग के बाद जो जानकारी सामने आ रही है उससे इस बात की संभावना है कि नतीजे बहुत आश्चर्यजनक होंगे.’

कमलनाथ ने कहा, ‘हमने उन सभी पोलिंग स्टेशनों पर दोबारा वोटिंग की मांग की है जहां वोटिंग प्रक्रिया तीन घंटे बाधित रही. ऐसा इसलिए कहा गया कि वोटिंग 9 या 10 बजे तक होगी, यह सही नहीं है.’

कमलनाथ ने यह भी कहा कि आज के चुनाव की खासियत यह है कि 2 चीजें शांति से निपट गईं. एक चुनाव और दूसरा बीजेपी.

गौरतलब है कि एमपी में 230 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए आज वोटिंग खत्म हो गई. इस बार पिछली बार की तुलना में अधिक यानी करीब 75 फीसदी लोगों ने वोटिंग की. वहीं 2013 में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में करीब 72.69 फीसदी वोटिंग हुई थी.

Sanik School Students briefed about working of control room

Under the student Exchange Programme, A Contingent of 100 students (Boys only) and 10 teachers (male) of Manasab Sainik School, J&K visited at Police Control Room, Chandigarh.  The students were shown the practical  working of GPS based dial-100 system of Police Control Room.

Sh. Roshan Lal, SP/Communication, also briefed them in detail about the working of Police Control Room and answered their queries. They were also suggested to frequently use police helpline numbers 100 while in distress or if they observe any wrong surrounding them in routine life.

3 Snatchers arrested 3 bikes and 4 mobiles recovered

Chandigarh Police achieved a success to work out the snatching & MV theft cases occurred in jurisdiction of Police Station 39 by the team under the supervision of, SDPO South, lead by SHO- 39 and SI Gurjiwan Singh along with police party by the arrest of three accused namely Vikas S/o Rajesh R/o # 11 Near Gurudawara Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 22 years,  Sagar S/o Ashok Kumar R/o H No- 73 dadu Majra Chandigarh age 18 years and Vishal @ Baman S/o Ravinder Singh R/o H no- 30 Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 19 years in the snatching/theft cases.

On secret information a Naka was laid near Ziri Mandi Chowk Sector- 39 Chandigarh and apprehended one boy namely Vikas S/o Rajesh R/o # 11 Near Gurudawara Dadu Majra Chandigarh and a stolen motor cycle No- CH01AK5925 has been recovered from his possession, which was stolen in Case FIR No- 434 dated 13.11.2018 U/S 379, 411 IPC Ps 39 Chandigarh. During interrogation of the accused he confessed regarding one Vivo mobile Phone which was snatched from sector- 22 Chandigarh and one small Nokia mobile phone also recovered. Whereas one motorcycle No- CH03R3744 make Hero Honda Passion red colour has also been recovered U/S 102 CrPC from his possession. Moreover two accused namely Sagar S/o Ashok Kumar R/o H No- 73 dadu Majra Chandigarh age 18 years and Vishal @ Baman S/o Ravinder Singh R/o H no- 30 Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 19 years have been arrested. During interrogation, both have confessed that on 23.11.2018 they snatched mobile make Redmi Note 5 from near dividing road 37/41 Chandigarh from a pedestrian boy and one mobile phone make Oppo snatched from Ph-6 Mohali Punjab has also been recovered from the possession of accused Vishal @ Baman alongwith Activa No- PB65W2822 used by them during commission of crime. The recovered mobile make Redmi Note 5 phone which was snatched in case FIR no. 445 date 23.11.2018 u/s 379, 356 Add 411 IPC PS-39, Chandigarh and other mobile phone make Vivo was taken into police possession u/s 102 CrPC. The verification regarding the other recovered phone is pending so far. All the three accused are being produced in the Hon’ble Court for judicial custody.

  1. Four mobile phones make Oppo, Vivo, Nokia and Redmi Note 5 have been recovered out of which Redmi Note 5 is recovered in case FIR No- 445 date 23.11.2018 u/s 379, 356 Add 411 IPC PS-39, Chandigarh and mobile phones make Oppo, Vivo, Nokia were taken into police possession U/s 102 CrPC.
  2. Two motor cycle numbers CH01AK5925 & motorcycle No- CH03R3744 have been recovered out of which  motor cycle number CH01AK5925 make splendor Plus black colour is recovered in Case FIR No- 434 dated 13.11.2018 U/S 379, 411 IPC Ps 39 Chandigarh and  motorcycle No- CH03R3744 make Hero Honda Passion red colour taken into police possession U/s 102 CrPC .

  1. Accused Vikas S/o Rajesh R/o # 11 Near Gurudawara Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 22 years and at present he is doing nothing.

 

 

  1. Accused Sagar S/o Ashok Kumar R/o H No- 73 Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 18 years. He has done 9th class and working at readymade garment shop.

 

 

  1. Accused Vishal @ Baman S/o Ravinder Singh R/o H.No.- 30 Dadu Majra Chandigarh age 19 years. He is drug addict. He was released from drug addiction centre Kurali Punjab in the month of October.

Money snatcher arrested near Sports Complex Sector 7 two cases solved

 

Chandigarh police achieved a major success by nabbing the person namely Ajay S/o Sohan Lal R/, NIC MM CHD age 26 yrs who was involved in the theft case.

On dated 12.12.17, a case FIR No.331 u/s 380, 457 IPC added 392, 34 IPC was registered on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Fakir Chand Sec-7, Panchkula HRY in which he Stated that on 12.12.17 at about 9.00 PM when he reached near his car after closing his shop which was parked in front of his Shop No. 20, Samadhi Gate, MM, Chandigarh, he put his red colour bag containing cash Rs.1 Lac 50 Thousand rupees on the front seat of left side of his car No.CH01AS0878 and sat on Driver seat, suddenly two person came near to his car and one of them took his money bag by opening the car window. Subsequently, he apprehended one person but later that person manage to escape. When, he chase them then they fired a Chilli Powder on him and fled away from the spot.

Regarding the theft a team in the supervision of SHO Mani Majra Insp. Ranjit Singh headed by SI Bahadur Singh constituted to nab the accused. In this regard on dated 27.11.18 a secret information was received from secret informer that the accused of above said case is roaming in the area. On this information SI Bahadur Singh reached near Indira Colony, Sports Complex and on the instant of secret informer the person was arrested on the spot who later disclosed his name as Ajay S/o Sohan Lal R/NIC MM CHD age 26 yrs arrested on 27.11.18 and same was identified by the complainant.

It is also pertinent that the said accused and his associates were also arrested in case FIR No.58 dated 28.04.2015 U/S 392, 34 IPC PS 03, UT, Chandigarh of robbery of cash Rs.7 Lacs from17/18 light point, UT, Chandigarh which was registered on the complaint of Sh. Nishant Kothari s/o Sh. Banvari Lal Kothari r/o # CU-169, Pittampura, Delhi age 33 yrs. The complainant was in Auto at the time of incident. Later the case was worked out.

Two arrested for consuming liquor at public place

A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh against two persons who were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. Later they bailed out.

Burglary

Sh. Bhushan Kumar R/o # 81 Sector-16/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away 300 U.S Dollar, 700 UK Pound, cash Rs. 10000/-, City Bank and SBI Credit Card, D/L, one gold chain, one diamond necklace, 3 gold ear ring, one gold ring, some silver coins and one small diamond ear ring from his residence on the night intervening 26/27-11-2018. A case FIR No. 364, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Shadab R/o # 207/15, Sector-32/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away cutting machine, threading machine, dryer and cash Rs 2100/-, from his Shop No. 180, Ph-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh on 26/27.11.2018. A case FIR No. 431, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Anup Gupta R/o # 111, Sector-21/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away cash Rs. 10,000/- from Complainant’s SCO No. 58, (CMC Chemist) Sector-46/C, Chandigarh and also stolen away cash Rs. 5000/6000 from SCO No. 57 owned By Parveen Kumar, cash Rs. 15000/20000 from SCO No. 60 owned by Raj Kumar Gupta, cash Rs. 25000/ and dry fruits worth Rs. 10000/- from SCO No. 61 owned by Raj Kumar Bansal and cash Rs. 14000/- from SCO No. 64 owned by Neeraj Kumar on the night intervening 26/27-11-2018. A case FIR No. 418, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sh. Baldev Kumar R/o # 2129/1, Sector-44/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH-01AT-7145 from near his house. A case FIR No. 417, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Kishan Kumar R/o # 2254, Sector-49/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Splendor M/Cycle No. CH-01BJ-0658 from Kachi Parking, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 415, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Robbery

Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o # 60, Village Makhan Majra, Chandigarh alleged that 3 unknown persons stabbed complainant and also robbed away his mobile phone & cash Rs. 2,000/- at jungle area near Railway line, Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on 27.11.2018. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 338, U/S 397, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
