कांग्रेस नेता और पंजाब सरकार में मंत्री नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर सीधा निशाना साधा है. सिद्धू ने कहा है कि मोदी लहर अब मोदी जहर बन गई है.

लहर बन गई है, जहर बन गई है. मोदी साहब सिर्फ पूंजीपतियों की कठपुतली बन के रह गए हैं.

पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में शामिल होना और उस दौरान आर्मी चीफ को गले लगाने के मामले पर सिद्धू ने कहा है कि वो (गले लगना) तो रंग ले आई, वो तो 15-16 करोड़ लोगों के लिए अमृत सिद्ध हुई (सिद्धू यहां करतारपुर कॉरिडोर की तरफ इशारा कर रहे थे). कम से कम वो राफेल डील तो नहीं थी.

गुरुवार को करतारपुर कॉरिडोर मामले पर बोलते हुए सिद्धू ने कहा था कि मैं इस फैसले का स्वागत करता हूं. यह राजनीति से अलग है. मैं पाकिस्तान के भी कदम का स्वागत करता हूं. इस फैसले को इतिहास में स्वर्णिम अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा. दरअसल, गुरु नानक जयंती से एक दिन पहले केंद्र सरकार ने सिख श्रद्धालुओं को बड़ा तोहफा दिया था. सरकार ने सिखों के लिए करतारपुर कॉरिडोर के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी.

ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हो रहा है कि नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने प्रधानमंत्री पर सीधा हमला बोला हो. इससे पहले भी वो बीजेपी और पीएम मोदी पर निशाना साधते रहे हैं. रविवार को सिद्धू ने कहा, ‘क्या पीएम को ईर्ष्या हो रही है कि उन्हें नहीं बुलाया गया? क्या उन्हें ईर्ष्या हो रही है कि वो बिना आमंत्रण के पाकिस्तान गए थे. मैं अपनी देशभक्ति उन लोगों के सामने साबित नहीं करूंगा जिनके नाम गोधरा (दंगों) में आए थे.’

One arrested for consuming liquor at public place

A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh against one person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place. Later he bailed out.

A case FIR No. 339, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested Ranjit Kumar R/o # 172, Darsani Bagh Mani Majra, Chandigarh at road Kishangarh to Saketri and recovered 200 GM Charas from his possession. A case FIR No. 294, U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police arrested Darshan Ram R/o Village-Bazigare Basti, Singhpura, Zirakpur, Distt. Mohali (PB) near Gurudwara turn, infront of Shani Mandir, Ph-2, Ind. Area, Chandigarh and recovered 1 KG Charas from his possession. A case FIR No. 427, U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One apprehended with fake number on stolen Motor Cycle

Chandigarh Police arrested a juvenile age about 15 years near Rotary Sarai, PGI Gate, Chandigarh while he was using fake Registration number PB-65A-4814 on Motor Cycle which was stolen from Dhanas, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 341, U/S 473, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. He was sent to juvenile home. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sh. Sanjay Kumar R/o # 555, Sector-8/B, Chandigarh, reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Scooter No CH-01AQ-6239 while parked near # 1273, Sector-8/C, Chandigarh on 12-11-2018. A case FIR No. 224, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Narinder Jeet Singh R/o Plot No. 23, Ph-1, Ind. Area Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away 8 electronic batteries and interior wires from said plot on 22-11-2018. Snatching

        Sh. Sant Ram R/o Village Jagatpur, Distt. Mohali (PB) alleged that 2 unknown persons on motor cycle snatched away his mobile phone near Plot No. 702, Ph-2, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 22.11.2018. A case FIR No. 428, U/S 356, 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 414, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the statement of Pardeep KumarR/o # 1131, Sector-52, Chandigarh against driver of M/Cycle No PB-65AB-7460 namely Vikram R/o # 1119, Teen Colony, Sector-52, Chandigarh who hit to complainant’s daughter Sakshi near his house on 22.11.2018. She got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A lady resident of Sector-6, Panchkula (HR) alleged that her brother Aman Grover R/o # 305, Sector 9A, Chandigarh, in connivance with others has illegally got diverted an amount of Rs 4,64,59,278/- into his account from property share and also prepared forged and fabricated balance sheet. According to the will of complainant’s father the moveable assets of the deceased i.e. cash, jewelry, bank accounts etc. should be divided in 4 equal shares including complainant i.e. 25% each. But alleged person had tried to usurp the property of the deceased. A case FIR No. 359, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-71, Mohali (PB) alleged that her brother Arshdeep Singh Ghumman R/o # 1031, Sector 71, Mohali (PB) illegally got transferred FDR amount into his account from her father HDFC bank account, branch Sector 35, Chandigarh. She further alleged that no nomination was ever made by complainant’s father and she is legal heir of deceased. FDR was transferred without consent/approval/signatures of complainant. A case FIR No. 412, U/S 420, 408, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

सूरजपुर-सुखोमाजरी बाईपास पर नही लगेगा टोल-प्लाजा : विजय बंसल

पिंजौर में जाम की समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार व विजय बंसल के अथक प्रयासों के बाद , 7.70 किमी लम्बा सूरजपुर सुखोमाजरी बाईपास मंजूर हुआ परन्तु राजनीतिक उदासहीनता के चलते इसका निर्माण देरी से तो शुरू हुआ ही परन्तु भाजपा द्वारा कछुए की धीमी चाल से जनहित में खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है।इस बीच आमजनमानस व ट्रक मालिको के लिए खुशी की बात यह है कि , बंसल के प्रयासों से सूरजपुर सुखोमाजरी बाईपास पर टोल प्लाजा नही लगेगा जिसके लिए बंसल ने 2 नवम्बर 2013 को केंद्रीय परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री को ज्ञापन दिया था,30 अप्रैल 2014 को पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट में दायर जनहित याचिका में भी टोल प्लाजा न लगाने की गुहार लगाई थी व 30 अप्रैल 2015 को भी मुख्यमंत्री हरियाणा सरकार को इस बाबत मांग करी थी जिसके बाद आरटीआई में प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार अब केंद्रीय परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा मंजूर सूरजपुर-सुखोमाजरी बाईपास पर टोल प्लाजा लगाने के लिए कोई योजना नही है।इसके चलते स्थानीय निवासियों में खुशी की लहर है,क्योंकि इससे पूर्व भी चंडीमंदिर टोल प्लाजा पर 2400 से 150 रुपये मासिक पास करवाकर बंसल ने जनहित में मिसाल कायम करी थी और अब सूरजपुर सुखोमाजरी बाईपास पर टोल न लगने से जनता को राहत मिलेगी।

विजय बंसल,पूर्व चेयरमैन हरियाणा सरकार व प्रदेशउपाध्यक्ष हरियाणा किसान कांग्रेस ने कहा कि भाजपा की जनहित में विकास कार्यो के लिए धीमी चाल जगजाहिर हो चुकी है।आरटीआई में प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार अब तक केवल 20 प्रतिशत ही काम पूरा किया गया है, जबकि बाईपास का शिलान्यास 1 मई 2017 को रखा गया था, 12 दिसम्बर 2017 को कार्य शुरू हुआ व 11 दिसम्बर 2019 तक प्रोजेक्ट पूरा किया जाएगा वही, 84.91 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले इस बाईपास के निर्माण में अब तक 816.69 लाख यानी लगभग केवल 8 करोड़ ही खर्च किया गया है यानी कुल राशि का 10 प्रतिशत जबकि तकनीकी विशेषगयो की माने तो अब तक 50 प्रतिशत काम पूरा हो जाना चाहिए था।ऐसे में यह कहना मुश्किल है कि 11 दिसम्बर 2019 तक प्रोजेक्ट का काम पूरा हो जाएगा।2007 में हुडा विभाग ने बाईपास हेतु 232 एकड़ भूमि अधिग्रहित करी थी। बंसल के अनुसार भाजपा को जनता से कोई सरोकार नही है जहाँ आज इस प्रोजेक्ट की अति आवश्यकता है वही सरकार इस प्रोजेक्ट को गंभीरता से न लेकर धीमी गति से चला रही है जिसका असर कॉस्टिंग पर तो पड़ेगा ही बल्कि जनता को भी इसकी देरी से समय व पैसे की बर्बादी से खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ रहा है।

विजय बंसल ने इस बाईपास के निर्माण को शीघ्र करने के लिए पंजाब हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में 30 अप्रैल 2014 को जनहित याचिका नंबर 8226/2014 डाली थी। पंजाब हरियाणा हाई  कोर्ट ने इस जनहित याचिका पर 2 मई 2014 को सुनवाई करते हुए कहा था कि इस बाईपास का निर्माण पर सरकार तुंरन्त कार्यवाही कर निर्माण शुरू करे,जबकि उसके बाद 22 सितम्बर 2015 को बन्सल के कानूनी नोटिस पर केंद्रीय परिवहन व राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने कार्यवाही करते हुए मंत्रालय के प्रमुख अभियंता को तुंरन्त कार्यवाही के आदेश भी दिए थे।
इसमें विजय बंसल ने यह भी मांग की थी कि सूरजपुर सुखोमाजरी बाईपास का निर्माण एनएचआई खर्च से किया जाए क्योंकि इस बाईपास पर टोल प्लाजा ना लगे, बंसल की मांग को स्वीकारते हुए एनएचआई द्वारा निर्माण किया गया व टोल प्लाजा नही लगाने की योजना बनी।

Terrorist violence in Punjab rooted in Badal’s electoral politics: Tript Bajwa

Punjab Rural and Urban Development Minister Mr Tript Rajinder Singh Badal today said the rise of terrorism in the State was rooted in the electoral politics of now 5-time Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal Patron Mr Parkash Singh Badal. He called upon his to apologise to the people of Punjab for his compromising politics as Mr Badal had even gone to the extent of signing Khalistan memorandum that was submitted to the United Nationals general secretary.

“It was Mr Badal’s appeasement politics that unleashed violence in peaceful Punjab in 1978 when he was the Chief Minister heading the Akali Dal-Janata Party government in the state. The present situation again is rooted in his electoral designs of appeasement of Dera Sacha Sauda. He is still to answer as to why Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh and his associates were summoned by him to his official residence in Chandigarh in September 2015 to grant pardon to Dera chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh”, he said.

He said it was ironic that the person who personally was responsible for putting Punjab on fire was accusing the Congress.

He said had Mr Badal sincerely taken steps, the situation that arose following the theft of the Bir of Guru Granth Sahib from gurdwara in Burj Jawahar Singhwala on June 1, 2015 could have been avoided. That was not to be as he and his son and then deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal had negotiated with Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh for support in elections.

Mr Bajwa reminded Mr Badal that the charges of appeasement of a section of people by him had been leveled by none else but then Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee chief Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Tohra and Akali Dal President Jagdev Singh Talwandi in 1979. It was the Badal government that did not file appeal against the acquittal of Nirankari chief Baba Gurbachan Singh and others accused in the Sikh-Nirankari clash on April 13, 1978 in Amritsar. He was the chief minister.

He pointed out it was the Akali Dal working committee that at its meeting on August 20, 1980 has provided legitimacy to the killers by hailing the assassination of Nirankari chief Baba Gurbachan Singh.

He said it was Mr Badal who hobnobbed with the killers and in case he so desired, he could release his pictures attending a conclave where terrorist leader Gurbachan Singh Manochahal was announced as the Akal Takht Jathedar. He said it was ironic that the person who had signed the Khalistan memorandum was accusing the Congress of being in league with the disruptionist forces

In a fit of rage I attacked as Rani was abusive towards me: Neeta

 Rani was residing at the first floor of Neeta’s residence H No 3223 Sector- 23 D Chandigarh . He used to call her ‘Didi’. She was working as social worker and for the purpose of his social work she borrowed Rs 4 lakh from him. He arranged this amount from financer on higher rate of interest and lends the same to her on low rate of interest. But thereafter financer starting putting pressure on him to return the said amount along with interest.

And when he demanded borrowed money from her, she did not respond rather she started abusing him. On this he gets aggressive as there was pressure upon him to returned the borrowed money and he picked hammer which was lying in the room and attacked on her head for 3/4  times.

In the mean time her servant Parkash Bahadur also reached the house and he also attacked upon the servant with hammer and fled away from the spot. 

On dated 20.11.18 at about 8-14 am, information received in police station that one person attacked upon lady namely Rani Neelam Pal Singh with hammer at her residence H No- 3463 Sector- 38/D Chandigarh. He brutally injured the lady and after that he fled away from the spot. The police party reached at the spot from where the injured person already taken to GH 16 for treatment in PCR Vehicle. After that Police Party reached at GH 16 where the injured Parkash Bahadur S/o Chander Bahadur R/o #39, Vill-Dhanas Age 41 Yrs found admitted and his statement has been recorded and in which he stated that he is working as servant at H No- 3463 Sector- 38/D Chandigarh. In the morning at about 7-30 am above said person namely Neeta came to said house and brutally attacked on his owner Rani Neelam Pal Singh with hammer when he tried to save madam Rani Neelam Pal Singh the said person also attacked upon him with hammer after that said person fled away from the spot . On his statement Case FIR No. 443 dated 20.11.2018 U/s 452/307 IPC, Ps 39 has been registered against Neeta.

During the course of investigation teams were constituted to nab the culprit and the photograph of accused has been collected from his friend circle.  Later on secret information received that the accused had fled away towards Shri Darbar Sahib Amritsar Punjab. The team working on secret information headed by SI Gurjiwan Singh left to Shri Darbar Sahib Amritsar Punjab where they nabbed the accused through reliable sources and identified the same through his photograph. He discloses his name as Anil Mahajan @ Neeta S/o Dilabg Rai Mahajan R/o # 1390 Sector- 22 B Chandigarh.

During interrogation accused Anil @ Neeta disclosed that he and victim Rani Neelam Pal Singh were very well known to each other as previously she was residing at the first floor of his residence H No 3223 Sector- 23 D Chandigarh . After that on 20.11.18 in the morning time at about 7-30 am he went to her residence H No- 3463 Sector- 38 D Chandigarh where Prakash Bahadur servant of Rani Neelam Pal Singh met him and she was present inside the house. Rani Neelam Pal Singh told him not to disclose any thing regarding borrowed money to her servant Parkash Bahadur and she sent her servant by saying that the said person namely Neeta was known to her and he met with an accident near Shahpur Light Point and asked her servant to bring his scooter from Shahpur Light point. He further disclosed that he went inside the house and when he demanded borrowed money from her, she did not respond rather she started abusing him. On this he gets aggressive as there was pressure upon him to returned the borrowed money and he picked hammer which was lying in the room and attacked on her head for 3/4  times. In the mean time her servant Parkash Bahadur also reached the house and he also attacked upon the servant with hammer and fled away from the spot.

Profession: – Businessman

Marital Status: – He has given divorce to his first wife and he has two children from his first wife. Now he has got married again and residing with his second wife at H No- 1390, Sector- 22- B Chandigarh. He was running electrical shop at Booth No- CB-5 B, Sector- 23 C Jwellery market Chandigarh, but due to loss in his business he has closed his shop and was doing nothing from the past few months. He has no past criminal record.

Accused Anil Mahajan @ Neeta has been produced in the court today and 01 day police remand has been obtained to recover the crime weapon i.e. hammer.
