Despite of announcing dates electricity department is not collecting bills at given venue

We residents of sector 7 , got two dates ,10 and 11 of this month to deposit our electricity bills in community centre sec 7,like previous , we are waiting from 9 am ,now time is 10 am nobody has come from electricity dept.to collect the payments of bills .Yesterday one staff came only for 1 hr…reason holiday ,than why Elect dept.gave us these dates ..Totally irresponsible Haryana govt .
