सुरक्षा मिलने के बाद भी वर्मा ने बाबा को दिये 20 लाख रु, केस दर्ज सुरक्षा वापिस

सिंगर परमीश वर्मा को गैंगस्टर दिलप्रीत बाबा द्वारा गोली मारने के बाद मिली सुरक्षा अब वापिस ली जाएगी। चूंकि परमीश वर्मा ने गोली लगने के बाद सुरक्षा मिलने पर भी गैंगस्टर दिलप्रीत को 20 लाख रूपए की रकम हवाला से दी थी।

गत 13 अप्रैल को दिलप्रीत की तरफ से किए हमले के बाद मोहाली पुलिस ने परमीश को 4 सुरक्षा कर्मी मुहैया करवाए थे, जोकि अब वापिस बुला लिए जाएंगे। इस बारे जानकारी देते हुए मोहाली के एसएसपी कुलदीप सिंह चाहल ने बताया कि गैंगस्टर दिलप्रीत से पूछताछ के दौरान यह बात सामने आई है कि पुलिस सुरक्षा मिलने के बावजूद भी परमीश वर्मा ने दिलप्रीत को 20 लाख रुपए हवाला के द्वारा दिए हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि इस बारे परमीश वर्मा को सम्मन जारी होंगे और पैसों के लेने-देने के बारे भी उनसे पूछताछ की जाएगी। एसएसपी ने कहा कि परमीश को पेश देने से पहले एक बार पुलिस को सूचना ज़रूर देनी चाहिए थी।

उल्लेखनीय है कि 13 और 14 अप्रैल की बीच की रात को जब परमीश वर्मा अपना एक प्रोग्राम करने के बाद वापिस, घर जा रह थे तो उनकी गाड़ी का पीछा करने वाले लोगों ने उनकी टांग में गोली मार दी थी। इस हमले दौरान परमीश वर्मा का दोस्त लाडी भी घायल हो गया था।

प्रिंसिपलों क रिक्त पद जल्दी ही भरे जाएँगे

हरियाणा माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा स्कूलों में प्रिंसिपल के पद पर पदोन्नति करने के लिए राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों में सेवारत पी.जी.टी तथा हैडमास्टरों के केस 20 दिन के अंदर मांगे गए हैं। इस बारे में सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, जिला मौलिक शिक्षा अधिकारी, एस.सी.ई.आर.टी गुरूग्राम के निदेशक, डाईटस के प्रिंसिपलों तथा यू.टी के डी.पी.आई को निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

विभाग के एक प्रवक्ता ने इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों में स्कूल प्रिंसिपल के कुछ पद रिक्त हैं। इन स्कूलों की कार्य प्रणाली व प्रशासन के सुचारू रूप से संचालन के लिए सरकार ने प्रिंसिपलों के पद को तुरंत भरने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि 5 अप्रैल 2017 के अनुसार तैयार की गई पी.जी.टी कैडर की सीनियरटी नंबर 1336 से 1800 तक तथा एक जून 2015 के अनुसार हैडमास्टरों की तैयार की गई सीनियरटी नंबर 874 से 1480 तक के अध्यापकों के केस मांगे गए हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि अधिकारियों को उक्त अध्यापकों के केस भेजते समय पिछले 10 सालों की एसीआर समेत व्यक्तिगत फाइल साथ में होनी चाहिए। इसके अलावा कोई कंप्लेंट,कोर्ट केस,इंक्वायरी आदि भी अध्यापक के खिलाफ नहीं होनी चाहिए। निर्देशों में यह भी कहा गया है कि रिटायर्ड पी.जी.टी व हैडमास्टर का केस पदोन्नति के लिए नहीं भेजना है।

 Exams set to return for Class 5, Class 8: NAS report, recent board results reveal students aren’t learning much

New Delhi, July 19, 2018: The Lok Sabha on Wednesday passed the amendment seeking revocation of ‘no detention’ policy in classes 5 and 8, enabling states now to allow schools to fail the child if he/she fails in either or both classes and withhold their promotion to the next standard.

Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar moved the ‘The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Second Amendment) Bill, 2017’, which sought for regular examination in classes 5 and 8.

While the original Act stipulated that no child admitted in a school shall be held back in any class or expelled from school till the completion of elementary education, the amended Act will now have provisions not only for examination in both these classes, but will also extend powers to the state to hold back children, if they fail in re-examination– also provisioned in the amended Bill.

Moving the Bill, Javadekar said that the amendment was necessary to improve the “learning outcomes” and that the demands for repeal of ‘no detention’ policy was made by many states and Union Territories in recent years which observed students scoring “poor marks”.

“I am very happy that 24 members took part on its (Bill’s) discussion and most spoke in its favour. I have sent you all the results of National Achievement Survey for your districts, you will see how grave the situation is. It has deteriorated between 2012 and 2016.

“What is its cause? The cause is that there’s no accountability anymore. Neither on part of teacher, nor on student,” the Minister said.

He said that the ‘no detention’ has taken to be meant as an exemption from studying and that it has led to a “broken” schooling system.

“This (no detention policy) turned out be like an exemption from studying. That is why this was supported by most states, parents, students association.. In CABE (Central Advisory Board of Education) all but four-five states supported the amendment…. I brought everyone in confidence by leaving the decision to the states.

“If a class 4 student doesn’t know the sums of class 2, then its a broken school system. We have to change this,” he said.

In situation of a student failing the exam, the Bill, he said, provisions for two more attempts at clearing it and remedial training.

पंजाब पुलिस में कामकाज का ढंग बदलेगा

चंडीगढ़। पंजाब सरकार ने आज गुरूवार को पुलिस कर्मचारियों की नई तबादला नीति जारी कर दी है। नई तबादला नीति के मुताबिक अब एसएचओ तथा मुंशी एक थाने में अधिक से अधिक तीन साल तथा कांस्टेबल और हैड कांस्टेबल पांच वर्ष तक तैनात रह सकेंगे।

नशे की समस्या से जूझ रही सरकार के सामने आये तथ्यों के बाद ऐसे फैसले लेने को मजबूर होना पड़ा। नशे के मामले में तस्करों तथा मौत के सौदागरों से साठगांठ सामने आई है तथा अधिकारी और कर्मचारियों को निलंबित तक करना पड़ा। ऐसा मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिह के निर्देश पर पुलिस के कामकाज में पारदर्शिता लाने तथा निचले रैंक के कर्मचारियों के कथित गठजोड़ को तोड़ने के लिये किया गया है।

नई नीति के तहत यह भी फैसला किया गया है कि कोई भी थाना प्रभारी एसएचओ अपने गृह उप मंडल में तैनात नहीं किया जायेगा। प्रवक्ता के अनुसार अपराधियों तथा निचले रैंक के कर्मियों की साठगांठ की मिली शिकायतें को गंभीरता से लेते हुये पुलिस महानिदेशक सुरेश अरोड़ा को नयी तबादला नीति बनाने को कहा था।

नई तबादला नीति में व्यवस्था की गई है कि आपराधिक मामला दर्ज होने के बाद निचले स्तर का कोई भी पुलिसकर्मी उस जिले में तैनात नहीं रहेगा।रेंज के आई.जी./डी.आई.जी. तुरंत उसे रेंज के किसी अन्य जिले में तैनात करेंगे।नई नीति के अनुसार किसी पुलिस थाने के एसएचओ इंचार्ज का न्यूनतम सेवाकाल एक साल होगा।

एसएचओ के लिए सब-इंस्पेक्टर पद की तैनाती की स्वीकृति दी गई है, वहीं रेगुलर सब-इंस्पेक्टर से कम रैंक का अधिकारी एसएचओ के तौर पर तैनात नहीं किया जायेगा। जहां एसएचओ के लिए इंस्पेक्टर का पद स्वीकृत किया हुआ है, वहां रेगुलर इंस्पेक्टर रैंक से नीचे के अधिकारी को एसएचओ के तौर पर तैनात किया जायेगा।

नई नीति के अनुसार एम.एच.सी. /ए.एम.एच.सी. (मुंशी /अतिरिक्त मुंशी) की तैनाती की मियाद एक पुलिस थाने में तीन साल होगी। उसके बाद अन्य पद के लिए उसका तबादला किया जायेगा। सीआईए इंचार्ज और स्पैशल स्टाफ के इंचार्ज की मियाद आम तौर पर एक साल होगी । इस नीति के अनुसार एक पुलिस थाने में तैनात अतिरिक्त रैंक (अपर सबॉर्डीनेट) की मियाद आम तौर पर तीन साल होगी जो सम्बन्धित एसएसपी /कमिशनर ऑफ पुलिस की तरफ से पाँच साल तक तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है। निचले रैंक के (कांस्टेबल और हैड कांस्टेबल) की तैनाती की एक पुलिस थाने में आम मियाद तीन साल होगी ।

इंदिरा कालोनी से एक कैंटर चोरी

मनीमाजरा , इंदिरा कालोनी से एक कैंटर चोरी हो गया । कैंटर के मालिक अरविंद मोर्या ने बताया कि रात 11 बजे तक कैंटर मोजुद था । सुबह नहीं दिखा ।
ईडब्ल्यूएस के प्रधान अरविंद दुबे ने बताया कि आए दिन कालोनी से चोरियां हो रही है । रात को अगर पुलिस पैट्रोलिंग हो तो चोरियां ना हो । पुलिस ने दो चीता राइडर लगा रखे हैं । परंतु पब्लिक को उनका नंबर नहीं दे रखा । अगर कोई संदिग्ध व्यक्ति देखें तो 100 नंबर पर कॉल करनी पड़ती है । जब तक 100 नंबर की गाड़ी का सायरन सुन कर चोर भाग जाते हैं । पुलिस को रात को सायरन नहीं बजाना चाहिए ।
सत्यमेव जयते वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के चेयरमैन राजकुमार सैनी ने बताया कि कालोनी में लगाने के लिए 106 कैमरे आने है , परंतु पता नहीं पुलिस और प्रशासन वो कैमरे क्यों नहीं लगा रहा । जब सांसद का दरबार लगा था तो लोगों ने सांसद के सामने कैमरे लगाने की मांग की थी । सांसद ने भी आधिकारियों को जल्द से जल्द कैमरे लगाने को कहा था ।

From today, IRCTC will serve these food options in Rajdhani

From July 15 onwards, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will serve an updated food menu. The step has come in wake of providing better facilities to passengers. IRCTC has also informed that now passengers can track the meals being prepared in the central kitchen through CCTV cameras live. Keeping hygeine concerns in mind, IRCT has also launched ‘Menu On Rails’ where passengers can see the price of meals served in trains. According to an Indian Express report, Indian Railways is taking several reform measures in order to address passengers’ grievances regarding the quality of food served in trains.

Following is the detailed revamped menu by  IRCTC that will be served in Rajdhani Trains:

Earlier, it was also reported that the IRCTC has joined hands with delivery service partners TRAPIGO and Shree Mahalakshmi Swayam Sahayata Bachat Ghat (Ratnagiri) to provide the choice of regional or local cuisines to passengers on trains, a Railways said.

TRAPIGO, a startup by IIT-IIM and NIFT graduates, is a last mile ‘B2B’ logistics service provider for food products.

“To ensure reliable delivery of hot and fresh food from the choicest restaurants in the city, TRAPIGO – with its own fleet of delivery boys in co-branded uniforms – will guarantee the execution. Orders placed on IRCTC’s e-catering website www.ecatering.irctc.co.in or Food-on-track’ app will be delivered by TRAPIGO in neat packaging with co-branded tapes, stickers etc. at a nominal fee of Rs. 15,” the statement read.

Indo-US Workshop concludes at PU

Indo-US Workshop on Safeguarding Dual – Use Chemicals conducted at Panjab University in association with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, USA ; U.S. Department of State’s Chemical Security Program USA and Gujarat University, India concluded successfully today at Department of SAIF/CIL,PU.

The workshop showcased of a perfect amalgamation of industry and academia. Various vital issues regarding the security concerns were discussed by the team from USA comprising of Dr. Ken Ferguson, Dr. Cliff Glantz and Dr. Radha Kishan. Experts from CSIR-IICT, India; Dr G.V.M Sharma and Prof. K. Ravindranath elaborated further upon this very important issue of safety of weaponizable  chemicals and emphasized upon the need to spread the awareness among the public at large.

Prof V.K. Jain from Gujarat University along with Prof S.K. Mehta proposed to form a minimum document outlining the security norms which should be followed by the Industry for the enhancement of safety. There was a noteworthy contribution by the participants from Bangladesh who further attested the international importance of security enhancements.

The representatives from various industries- Reliance, ONGC, and Panacea Biotec also participated in the workshop and discussed the various problems faced in the industry. Various deliberations and discussions took place all narrowing down to the need to form a document outlining the safety guidelines to be followed by the Indian industries. Prof. Mehta thanked the research/M.Tech students overwhelmingly participating in the workshop.

एनएसयूआई हरियाणा के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी दीपांशु बंसल ने बताया कि 8 जुलाई 2018 को कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा में हुई धांधली,भ्रष्टाचार संबंधित दोषियों को सजा दिलवाने के लिए व छात्रो को इंसाफ दिलवाने के लिए एनएसयूआई हरियाणा के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष दिव्यांशु बुद्धिराजा के नेतृत्व में एक शिष्टमंडल जिसमे प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी दीपांशु बंसल,चंद्रमोहन शर्मा आदि ने चेयरमेन,केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ,नई दिल्ली के नाम क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड,पंचकूला को ज्ञापन सौपा है।साथ ही इस ज्ञापन की एक प्रति केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन मंत्री,भारत सरकार,नई दिल्ली को भी डाक के द्वारा भेजी है।भाजपा सरकार के शासन में हर वर्ग हर समुदाय सरकार की जनविरोधीनीतियों से तंग आ चुका है।चार वर्ष के शासन में अनेको बार अनेको परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक हुई,अनेको बार नकल हुई और अनेको बार भ्रष्टाचार के किस्से सामने आए जबकि अब देश की सर्वोत्तम व नैक द्वारा अंकित प्रथम श्रेणी के कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय ,हरियाणा जोकि एक संविधानिक शिक्षण संस्थान है ,वहाँ भ्रष्टाचार ने जड़े पकड़ ली है व खुलेआम धांधली हो रही है,जिससे छात्रो का भविष्य अंधकार में है और छात्र स्वयं को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहे है।8 जुलाई 2018 को कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय,हरियाणा स्थित महाविद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय पात्रता परीक्षा,2018 का परीक्षा केंद्र कोड नम्बर 23013 बना जिसमे सरेआम नकल हुई तथा सरकार के भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त शासन की सरकारी प्राध्यपको-अध्यापकों व कर्मियों द्वारा सरेआम धज्जियां उड़ाई गई।इस दौरान छात्रो,अध्यापकों आदि ने कॉलेज सुप्रिडेंट को भी इस सम्बन्ध में शिकायत दी परन्तु कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई।इससे पूर्व भी उक्त दोषियों ने 2013-2014,2017 में विभिन्न परीक्षाओं में भ्रष्टाचार कर धांधली करी थी जिस दौरान छात्रो ने विरोध करते हुए पुलिस स्टेशन आदि में भी रिपोर्ट आदि दर्ज करवाई थी।एनएसयूआई हरियाणा ने मांग करी है कि कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय , हरियाणा की अस्मिता को बचाने के लिए, छात्रो का प्रशासन-शासन में विश्वास कायम रखने के लिए, सविंधान को बचाने के लिए निष्पक्ष जांच करवाकर दोषियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा देकर बर्खास्त किया जाए अन्यथा एनएसयूआई हरियाणा पूरे प्रदेशभर में सरकार की इस छात्रविरोधी नीति के विरुद्ध रोष प्रदर्शन कर अपनी मांगों को पूरा कराने का काम करेगी।क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस मामले में शीघ्र कार्यवाही करी जाएगी।
