Donating blood does not cause any weakness, rather everyone must donate blood once in 90 days. This helps the needy and also keeps the body healthy. Blood donation is a great donation and there is no substitute for blood nor can it be made artificially. A noble act like donating blood is of greatest service.
Kulwinder Cheema said that in the past there were many types of misconceptions like blood donation causing weakness in the body and illness, but today these misconceptions have been dispelled and our youth are donating blood in large numbers. It is a matter of happiness that today our daughters are also not lagging behind the boys in the matter of blood donation and are themselves coming forward and donating blood. Precious lives can be saved by timely availability of blood. If we can save someone’s life through blood donation, then there can be no greater favor than this.
Sadhvi Neelima Biswas told that at the end of the camp, all the blood donors were honored by giving appreciation letters and gifts.
