Kargil Vijay Divas celebrated at Mata Gujri Hall, Girls Hostel No. 1, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Though not everyone directly participated in the war, but the day carries huge importance in the heart of every Indian. Students and staff lighted diyas to commemorate the Kargil victory and shared their memories connected to Kargil war 1999.
