Misutilisation of position and funds by RWA -MHC President and Duplex MHC President

Chandigarh Correspondent, Demokretic Front, Chandigarh :

All funds for maintaining the parks are handed over to these two Presidents of MHC,Manimajra ,Sector 13 ,Chandigarh but more than 50% of these funds are consumed by them for maintaining their own one park each ,which is in front of their houses. Sardar Sukhvinder Singh general secretary of senior citizen association MHC, alleged and demanded for action from Chandigarh administration.

Sr. Sukhvinder Singh said the gross difference can be judged by any one visiting these two parks.These two parks have become private and personal parks ,being used as their camp offices ,board to this effect being displayed blatantly.

One of the park has even constructed plaque eulogising himself in gross violation of converting public park into private one.

By laws of RWA have been amended to suit the dictatorial continuance as RWA President for all times to come; one is President for 27 years and the other following suit with 10 years with aim to continue for ever.

In nutt shell no room for change as the system / laws and bye laws made to stop any change seeker to enter.

It is requested to order an enquiry into the above to facilitate change in this dictatorial set up so that real progress can be started for one and all and not confined to the areas of the Presidents of these two associations.

RWA-MHC President Col Gursewak Singh (retd) has now  started to vent out his frustration on Public platforms and in press by making irresponsible , misleading, mischivious and unsubstantiated statements.

“Municipal corporation was acting arbitrarily and disturbing the “neighborhood park maintenance ” scheme by taking away parks well maintained by RWAs and giving the same to new or defunct RWAs “.
