IG, CRPF briefed  CM Punjab regarding deployment and duties being performed by CRPF in Punjab.

Chandigarh : Sh. M.C. Panwar, IG, North West Sector, CRPF, Chandigarh, today met newly elected Hon’ble Chief Minister of Punjab Sh. Bhagwant Mann at his official residence in Chandigarh. It was a courtesy call by the officer since Hon’ble CM Punjab joined his office. Sh MC Panwar, IG CRPF was accompanied by Shri Harminder Singh, Commandant,13 BnCRPF, Smt Veena Kumari, AC and Shri Harjinder Singh, AC. During this meeting ShMCPanwar briefed Hon’ble CM Punjab regarding deployment and duties being performed by CRPF in Punjab. Hon’ble Chief Minister of Punjab praised the commitment of security forces for their role in maintenance of law and order and internal security scenario in the country.
