Action against illicit liquor

A case FIR No. 100, U/S U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh against Konda R/o Maloya, Chandigarh who ran away after leaving 48 quarters, 8 bottles  and 2 halves of country liquor near Gas Agency, Dairy Complex, Maloya, Chandigarh on 15-07-2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Guddu Dikshit R/o # 777/3, near HDFC Bank, Govindpura, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Mahindra Bolero pick-up No. HR-68B-5316 from Community center, Govindpura, Manimajra, Chandigarh on night intervening 12/13-07-2021. A case FIR No. 126, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

            Rajender Kumar R/o # 1368, Sector-35B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away the complainant’s bicycle parked near his house on the night intervening dated 29/30-06-2021. A case FIR No. 128, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.  

Proclaimed Offender

A case FIR No. 127, U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Rahul @ Voda who was declared Proclaimed Offender by the Hon’ble Court on 08.03.2021 in case FIR No. 407/18 U/S 392, 34 IPC, PS-36 and he did not appeared before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation.  Investigation of the case is in progress.
