MV Theft

         Imran Khan R/o # 1521, Sector-22/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Esteem car No. CH-03V-2289 parked near his house on 10-06-2021. A case FIR No. 88, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.   

         Neeraj Makkar R/o # 855, Sector-40/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Honda Activa Scooter No. CH-04A-7224 parked near his house between 12-06-2021 to 14.06.2021. A case FIR No. 154, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.   

Dowry Death

A case FIR No. 66, U/S 304B, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh on the complaint of Billguram Gupta R/o # 381/A, Part-2, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh who alleged that Budh Ram @ Deepak  and other R/o # 638/B, Small Flats, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh harassed complainant’s daughter to bring more dowries later she committed suicide at # 638/B, Small Flats, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh on 11.06.2021. Alleged person namely Budh Ram @ Deepak has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 138, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the statement of Vijay Kumar R/o # 719/11, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh who reported that driver of pick-up No. HP-16A-8697 namely Vikas Chauhan R/o Village Pain Kuffer, Teh. Rajgarh, Distt Sirmour (HP) driven his vehicle rashly and negligently due to which said vehicle struck with tree near  Tube Well, Sukhna Bridge, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh on 15.06.2021. The two persons sitting in pick-up vehicle namely Suresh Kumar R/o Distt. Sirmor (HP) and Sanjay R/o Distt. Sirmor (HP) both got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh and later referred to PGI, Chandigarh. Person namely Sanjay R/o Distt. Sirmor (HP) age 15 years declared dead at PGI, Chandigarh. Alleged person has been arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
