One arrested with illicit liquor

          A case FIR No. 74, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh against Manpreet Singh R/o # 2479/3, EWS Colony Maloya, Chandigarh who was arrested from Park in front of Water Booster Station, Maloya, Chandigarh on 06.06.2021 and 25 quarters of country liquor have been recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One persons arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 64, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh against Abhishek R/o # 1782, Mauli complex, Chandigarh who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Tent House, Charan Singh Colony, Mauli jagran, Chandigarh and thus violating curfew orders on 06.06.2021. Later, he bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 97, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the statement of Minakshi Sharma R/o # 638/2, Madrasi Colony, Maloya, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No. CH-01AU-1368 namely Raman Sharma R/o # 3672, Sector-46/C, Chandigarh hit to M/Cycle No. CH-01BG-0988 driven by complainant’s husband namely Suraj Sharma near Dev Samaj College, Sector-45, Chandigarh on 25.05.2021. Suraj Sharma and and pillion rider Amanpreet Singh both got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/Quarrel

   A case FIR No. 31, U/S 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint of Lakhvir Singh R/o # 156, Sector-19/A, Chandigarh who alleged that Samir @ Samy R/o # 155 Sector-19A, Chandigarh and Gaurav R/o # 2085, Sector-19, Chandigarh and others beaten complainant in front of his residence on 06.06.2021. Alleged persons Samir @ Samy & Gaurav have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Rioting

A case FIR No. 107 U/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Shivam Yadav R/o # 81/134, Village-Attawa, Sector 42, Chandigarh who alleged that Rohit, Vijay , Anuj and Gaurav and others attacked on complainant with sticks & hockey at Park, Lake, Sector 42, Chandigarh on 03.06.2021. Later alleged persons namely Gaurav R/o # 1335, Sector-52, Chandigarh, Vijay R/o # 1389 Sector-52, Chandigarh, Rohit R/o # 21/4 Village-Buterla, Sector-41, Chandigarh, and Anuj Singh R/o # 35, Village-Buterla, Sector-41, Chandigarh have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
