          Chandigarh Police arrested Surinder Kumar R/o # 734, Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh while he was playing satta near Kabari market, Dhanas, Chandigarh on 30.05.2021. Total cash Rs. 1120/- was recovered from his possession. In this regard, a case FIR No. 62, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Later he was released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Adil R/o Jhuggi near petrol pump, Sector 41, Chandigarh alleged that unknown boy and girl on black pulsar motorcycle Number not confirmed, who sped away after snatched complainant mobile phone along with cash Rs. 8000/- kept in mobile cover near petrol pump, Sector 41, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 132, U/S 379-A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sarvjeet Singh R/o # 3289, Sector-47-A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s bullet motorcycle No.CH01BD-4285, near his residence on 21.05.2021. A case FIR No. 24, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing

A lady resident of Chandigarh reported that unknown person who missing/abducted his daughter aged 14 years from her residence on 28.05.2021. A case FIR No. 131, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
