Six persons arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

Five different cases U/S 188 IPC has been registered in different Police Stations i.e. PS-26=02, PS-Manimajra=01, PS-Mouli jagran=01 and PS-Sarangpur=01, Chandigarh against 06 persons, who were arrested from the different parts of the city, while roaming without having pass/permit and thus, they were disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 05.05.2021. Later, they were bailed out.

MV Theft

Ram Nath R/o # 1527 Deep Complex Hallo Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rickshaw No. CH-01TE-7809 from infront of parking his house on the night intervening 01/02.05.2021. A case FIR No. 58, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Devinder Pal Singh R/o # 180 Vill- Nadda Sahib Pkl. (HR) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Motor Cycle No. HR-03W-5351 from infront of parking Hotel Sunbeam Sector 22, Chandigarh on 27.04.2021 . A case FIR No. 71, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Anmol R/o # 1631 Sector-34/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Splender Motor Cycle No. HR-05AT-5234 from Parking Near Lakme Academy Institute, Sector 34A, Chandigarh on 27.04.2021 . A case FIR No. 78, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Brahm Dev R/o # 156 Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Auto No. PB-65AT-2353 from back side # 5866 Sector-56, chandigarh on the night intervening 04/05.05.2021. A case FIR No. 115, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A lady resident of Sector 11, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s cycle from her residence on 05.05.2021. A case FIR No. 64, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Lalit Sood R/o # 3302 Sector-40/D,  Chandigarh, reported that two unknown person on Motor cycle snatched away complainant’s mobile phone near Zym Vill- Palsora, Chandigarh on 05.05.2021. A case FIR No. 116, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
