Chandigarh Police arrested Sahib lal R/o # 2153, sector 35C, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor at fish market ground, Sector 43, Chandigarh on 20-12-2020. A case FIR No. 237, U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Triloki R/o Ahiraura, Jahgirwa, Gonda, Olonganj, UP, while consuming liquor at a public place back side of SCO No. 221, Sector 36, Chandigarh on 20-12-2020. A case FIR No. 238, U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Ankit Kumar R/o Village Matour, Sector 70, Mohali while consuming liquor at a public place near parking area, Sector-61, Chandigarh on 20-12-2020. A case FIR No. 239, U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 192, U/S 188, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh against Jatin R/o # K.R house, Meerut road Karnal,Haryana, Owner of Graffo Club,  Akash Nagpal R/o #470,  sector 2 PKL Haryana, Vikas R/o # 24, Maloya Chandigarh, Sandeep kumar R/o #2351/2, Madi wala town, MM, Chandigarh who served hukka to customers at Graffo Club, Sector 7, Chandigarh and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Arrest in Theft

Vikas kumar R/o # 225, BDC, Sector 26, Chandigarh, reported that Kannu Soni R/o Vill Maghli Nayain, Nandpara, Distt. Behrai, UP who stole away complainant’s purse containing Cash Rs. 35000/- on 20.12.2020 at grain market Sector 26, Chandigarh. Accused caught on the spot. A case FIR No. 191, U/S 379, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

          Jaswinder Kaur R/o # 1041, Sector-41B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa scooter No.CH-01BX-4075 from near her house on 19.12.2020. A case FIR No. 395, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Akhil Sharma R/o # 3002, Sector-41D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Maruti car No.CH-01BH-1876 from near his residence on the night intervening 19/20-12-2020. A case FIR No. 396, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Gurwinder singh R/o # 2315/E, Block no 28, Sector-63, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Bullet M/Cycle No. CH-2020(T)7173 from parking near his house on night intervening 19/20-12-2020. Manohar Paswan R/o # 61/5, Pipli wala town ,Mani Majra, Chandigarh, reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rikshaw No.CH-01TE-3745 from back side parking of his house during night intervening 15-12-2020. A case FIR No. 187, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Mohali who alleged that driver of unknown vehicle sped away after hit to activa No. CH-01BP-4774 near water works sector 52 Chandigarh on 19-12-2020.  Driver of activa namely Kailash R/o 591, Sector 41, Chandigarh got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh where Kailash was passed away on 20.12.2020.
