A case FIR No. 234, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh against the managers namely Pankaj Thakur Arshdeep Singh Virk, Keshulal Poon for opening the Mafioso Disco Bar at Piccadilly Mall, Sector 34, Chandigarh beyond the permissible time and violating the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

          Manoj kumar R/o # 5382/1, MHC, MM, chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Santro car no. CH01X 7748 from his residence on 26.10.2020. A case FIR No. 182, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

          A lady resident of Sector-46B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Cycle parked near Japani Garden, Sector 31, Chandigarh on 07.12.2020. A case FIR No. 227, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Yamuna Nagar (HR) harassed the complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR No. 86, U/S 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Sangrur (PB) harassed the complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR No. 87, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
