Assault/Quarrel

          A case FIR No. 189, U/S 341, 323, 324, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar R/o # 3544, Maulijagran, Chandigarh against Ajay Kumar r/o # 3543, Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh who assaulted complainant outside of complainant’s residence on 19.10.2020.  He got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Haryana harassed complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR No. 69, U/S 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

MV Theft

Dalwinder Singh R/o # 3144, Sector 15/D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH01BK4445 from backside of Kothi No. 50, Sector-3, Chandigarh on 15.10.2020. A case FIR No. 93, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-3, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Ajay Kumar R/o # 485, Sector 56, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Motorcycle No. CH01AV9340 near furniture market chowk, Sector-53, Chandigarh on 18.10.2020. A case FIR No. 196, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
