 One arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Ajay Hans R/o # 376, Kachi Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh and recovered 510 gm Ganja from his possession near bridge, PGI Road, Lake Dhanas, Chandigarh on 15.10.2020. A case FIR No. 128, U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

A lady resident of Naya Gaon, Distt Mohali (PB) reported that unknown person stole away Activa Scooter No. CH01-BD-2581 parked near Civil Secretariat PB & HR, parking, Chandigarh on 08-10-2020. A case FIR No. 91, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/Quarrel

A case FIR No. 123, U/S 341, 324, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Baljeet R/o Jhuggi No. 552 near # 1987, Sector-25, Chandigarh who alleged that Bittu R/o # 2247, Sector-25, Chandigarh, Jagdish R/o # 2247, Sector-25, Chandigarh and Dasha Nand @ Bholu R/o # 2568, Sector-25, Chandigarh assaulted complainant and his friend Shubham near his house on 14-10-2020. Alleged persons have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

A case FIR No. 124, U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Jagdish R/o # 2247, DBC, Sector-25, Chandigarh who alleged that Baljit R/o Jhuggi No. 552, Sector-25, Chandigarh and Shubham @ Totla R/o # 2443, Sector-25, Chandigarh assaulted complainant and his brother Bittu near his house on 14-10-2020. Alleged persons have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

 Accident

A case FIR No. 125, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of Devnarayan R/o # 1419/A, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh against the driver of Activa Scooter No. CH01-BN-8056 namely Ranjeet R/o # 1015, Adarsh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Distt. Mohali (PB)who hit complainant’s rehri near Kali Mata Mandir, Dhanas Road, Chandigarh on 12.10.2020. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
