Youth held for stealng motorcycles

Chandigarh – 18.09.2020

      In case FIR No. 118 dated 17.09.2020 u/s 379 IPC added 411 IPC, PS Sarangpur accused Sanjay S/o Vishnu Pratap Singh, R/o # 440/C, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh, Age-20 Years has been arrested on the same day i.e 17.09.2020 and as per the disclosure statement of the accused , the stolen vehicle bearing No. CH01BL 8154 was recovered in the above noted case. Apart from this, 3 another motor cycles were also recovered from the possession of the accused which were stolen by him from other areas in UT, Chandigarh and all these recovered vehicles are taken into police possession u/s 102 CrPC. The Details of the same are as follows:-

1.         PB 65AH 7606 wanted in Case FIR No. 40/20, PS-11

2.         CH01AS 0488 wanted in Case FIR No. 24/20, PS-03

3.         CH01BB 8017 wanted in FIR No. 25/20, PS-26.Accused has been produced in Court today  & Sent to Judicial Custody for 14 days.
