Vijay Kumar R/o # 128, Sector-9B, Chandigarh reported that two unknown persons occupant of Activa Scooter snatched away his mobile phone near Jaat Bhawan, Sector 27, Chandigarh on 04-09-2020. A case FIR No. 151, U/S 379, 356 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 179, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Nada Sahib, Panchkula (HR) who alleged that P.L Middha, Director, M/S UT Builders and Promoters Ltd. SCO No. 210-211, Sector 34A, Chandigarh R/o # 3049, Sector-21D, Chandigarh cheated amount of Rs. 35 lakh from the complainant regarding selling of residential flats at Derrabassi and Zirakpur (PB). Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 273, U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Manish Mahajan R/o # 58/C, Swaraj Nagar, Kharar, Mohali, (PB) who alleged that driver of car No. CH01AP6660 namely Rahul R/o # 4906, Sector-38W, Chandigarh hit complainant’s I-20 car No. CH01CA0143 at dividing road, Sector-38D side, Chandigarh on 03.09.2020. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
