Chandigarh Police arrested Radhey Shyam R/o # 2398, Village-Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh (Age 23 years) and recovered 30 Injections( 15 Pronetcazine injections and Pronetcazine hydrochloride injections) from his possession near Nirankari Bhawan, Maulijagran, Chandigarh on 13.08.2020. A case FIR No. 169, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-MJ, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against Excise Act

          Chandigarh Police arrested Sanjiv R/o # 2699, GF, Sector-49, Chandigarh, near BSNL chowk, Sector -49, Chandigarh on 13.08.2020 and recovered 8 bottles of country wine from his possession. A case FIR No. 58, U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Abhishek R/o # 2231, Milk colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that stole away his motorcycle No. CH01BW8113 from infront of # 1237, EWS colony Dhanas, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 109, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Tarsem Lal Puri R/o Plot No.14, Transport area, BDC, Sector -26, Chandigarh reported that stole away his motorcycle No. CH01AV-7404 from infront of his office. A case FIR No. 143, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Complainant got injured admitted to GH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 121, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh Investigation of the case is in progress.
