Cheating

Sh. Harjeet Singh R/o # 1505, Sector-40/B, Chandigarh alleged that Yogeshwar Sharma R/o # 768, Sector 16, Panchkula (HR) cheated Rs. 2,05,50,000/- from complainant regarding selling of 50% share comprising basement and ground floor of built up SCO No. 69, Sector-46/C, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 90, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Sh. Sunny Kumar R/o # 42, Village-Dariya, Chandigarh alleged that a person namely Kamil Khan from Yes Bazar Finance Limited Brihan, Mumbai, Maharashtra called on the complainant’s mobile phone and assured him to provide a personal loan. They cheated total Rs. 2,37,000/- from complainant for providing personal loan of Rs. 30 lakh. A case FIR No. 111, U/S 419, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Karan Chabra R/o # 3274/2 Sector-45, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Bullet M/Cycle No. CH01BC1623 parked in front of his residence on 26.05.2020. A case FIR No. 105, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
